Great book for introducing the concept of shadow work to young children in a fun engaging way that keeps it light and motivational. As our world is changing and higher conscious living becomes more prominent, parenting with awareness does as well. This book takes a complex topic and breaks it down in a meaningful yet easy to understand way. Children will love the bright colors in the illustrations as well as the fun conversation between the characters.
