The angel army led by Feldway has collapsed, but the threats are far from over. The motives of Velzard, the oldest female True Dragon, remain an enigma. Meanwhile, Milim is running amok, with Feldway taking full advantage of the chaos—and the most malicious of all creatures, Ivalage, the World-Destroyer Dragon, has finally awakened. These simultaneous crises are completely impossible to predict, yet Tempest’s leaders and allies continue fighting, trusting that Rimuru will soon return. However, Ivalage’s impending arrival may be closer than they realize…
[4.5] This volume had me absolutely feral because Diablo was everywhere and I mean everywhere. I also love how everyone just goes goes supernova whenever someone even hints at disrespecting Rimuru. Testarossa was seriously serving pure demon diva energy from start to finish, the way she told Twilight that he should’ve stayed dead really got me rolling. When Rimuru finally came back and everyone basically collapsed from relief because, let’s be real, nobody was ready to deal with Diablo losing control. This volume was peak Primordial Demon content and I feel spiritually nourished.
Rimeru was teleported away. Guy was fighting ice dragon sister. Testarose beat Twilight (Valentines ancestor she killed like the original vampire). Feldway had control of milim. Rimeru eventually came back to get milim back. Yuuki came back and Rimeru gave them their own country. Valentine are about to fight Ivarage. After Feldway teleported away after losing to Diablo, the group splits up to fight ice dragon girl and Ivaarage. Laplace reunites with his family and gets his memories back as Sarion.

Letting people get away and not blasting Yuuki into the sun kill any progress this story could make. Forgiving all of the death, betrayal, and manipulation because “he was Shizu’s student” is infuriating.
