TDS: The Psychosis Exposed - A Novelette

Rate this book
A discussion on the very real and psychologically damaging effects of Trump Derangement Syndrome, the resultant anger, frustration and emotional trauma, PTSD. Based on a study cited in 2012 by the Virginia Institute for Psychiatric and Behavioral Genetics and expounded upon through observational research.
TDS is a psychosis that has a specific target of hatred, Donald Trump, and therefore his supporters, MAGA. The concept of a psychosis that must have a victim to hate is not a standard diagnostic category, but it does relate to specific symptom patterns seen in psychotic disorders, in this case driven by the media and leftist liberals. A key feature in psychosis is the presence of delusions, which are fixed false beliefs held despite clear evidence to the contrary. In so many cases, my discussions with these TDS people can never change their beliefs, so deeply branded into their psyches that their conviction to the lies and deceit they’ve been fed, cannot be shaken.

Born in South Carolina but raised in North West Oregon, I had the opportunity to grow up in a true hundred-acre wood. This gave rise to adventures and imaginings of my own making that allow me today, to imagine a world apart from the one in which we live. A world where people are right, good and moral and concerned not just for their own idea of humanity but for what all humans can attain. Reaching for a common goal that allows true freedom for everyone, not just the elite. For adventure that is unlimited and available to all.

That world exists today if only we would just reach out for it and take hold. My imaginings are from the heart and are the culmination of what I would hope others might do and say in these circumstances. I love the characters that I build and hope they affect you as they affect me. I want the reader to be immersed in the story that makes them want more and more and when the story ends, I want them to wish it could go on.

I spent a great deal of time at the Oregon Coast, Mount Hood and on the Columbia River thanks to my parents having the desire and means to provide such an upbringing. In my adult life I have traveled the entire United States, been to Mexico, Canada and South Africa.

I've had so many opportunities that many others can only dream; that is not to brag but to relish in what I've experienced. I use those experiences to try to bring to life my stories that you should enjoy them coming to life in your own mind.
