This 31-day devotional by Richard De La Mora is more than a leadership devotional—it’s a call to rise. To stop leading from emotions and start leading from God's presence. To stop questioning your worth and start walking boldly in your calling.
Each day will stir your spirit, confront your comfort, and remind you that you were never meant to lead in your own strength.

• Leadership isn’t about position—it’s about submission to God’s direction.
• Character matters more than charisma.
• Your calling will cost you comfort.
• You can’t lead others well until you’ve learned to follow the Spirit.
• A surrendered life will always lead to supernatural impact.
Every devotion includes prayers to stir up your faith and quotes to ignite your heart.

Thought-provoking gems of truth
This book was one of the best books read on leadership being guided by the Spirit! I thoroughly enjoyed reading all the insights offered through a Scripture-based leadership mindset in this book. The sections dedicated to Scriptural passages, messages, reflection questions, prayers, and Spirit-led quotes to process were and are very instrumental! I highly recommend!
