On the streets of Japan, sex workers are going missing and turning up dead.
One by one, they are found, each one displayed for the public in a gruesome and horrific show of power and control. As the police investigate, they realise that not only do they have a serial killer on their hands, but because society is obsessed with patriarchy, they realise that terrifyingly, they may be dealing with more than one killer.
However, when a known sex offender is brutally killed, brutal revenge is served. One by one, men are turning up on the wrong side of life, each is known for their predilection for violence. But when each victim turns up with a very distinctive calling card of a white rose, police realise that they are not just dealing with a serial killer, they may be dealing with 2. Can it get any more terrifying for the streets of Japan?

In an ode to Japanese horror and detective noir, Rob Shepherd sets out to entertain with gruesome fun and twists and turns, in a bid to bring the Japanese horror, thriller screen, to the page.
