Wow! What a fantastic ending to the Lights of St. Augustine series. The author, Amy Rafferty is amazing as she ties all the threads together from the first three books so smoothly you can't put it down. With the fate of the Christmas Inn in jeopardy, it takes Holly and Charlie with the help of the rest of the Christmas family to save the inn. We are treated to an unscrupulous developer, Holly's ex husband married to her ex best friend showing up, intrigue, mistrust, miscommunication, criminally maneuvering officials that Holly and the Christmas family have to defeat. Add to that and we have Jack's ex and June's mother showing up at the inn after abandoning June so many years ago. What does she want and since she is sly, what is she up to? Can they all save the inn? With all this intrigue, the author includes some romance that sparks between the characters. This is a page turner that you can't put down. This series not only brings tears, but it makes you smile. I highly recommend this series and any other series this author has written and yet to write. I received an ARC of this book but the opinions expressed here are strictly my own.

Mistletoe Magic at the Christmas Inn is the final book in the Lights of St Augustine Series and concludes the saga of these wonderful characters. Jack and Holly work hard to ward off the hostile takeover of the Inn by both of their ex-spouses. The other family members and close friends assist with the securing of the Inn for the Christmas family. The romantic relationships flourish between the couples with Holly and Jack, Charlie and Logan, and Gabe and Jane finding love and their HEA. I highly recommend this well written and amazing book and series.

The artistry of creating so much intrigue, love, difficulties and misdeeds is done no better than this author can do it. I have read several of her series and each time I get everything I seek in a good read, and go away with the warmth of the true love(s) found in my book. I encompass the story and become an integral part of the story, to which I become a member of the family and feel every emotion to the point of tears or laughter, whichever the event calls for. Congratulations for another winner.

After finding out the inspector was a fake, will Jack lose the Christmas Inn? What’s Pamela’s end game and why fake a hereditary disease? Who's’ behind the regular small payments that are keeping the Inn afloat?

So many questions and you will get all the answers and then some in this wonderful ending to the Christmas Inn saga. Heck, there’s even a happy ending for Duke the dog!

One thing Amy has been doing is adding an Epilogue. A separate book, several years later with a peek into everyone’s lives. I love that she does this, it gives true closer to the story. Until next time...

Is a sweet small town, second chance, later-in-life, 30 something, military, close proximity, Christmas romance with a touch of suspense.
Will they save the Christmas Inn or lose it? Will their Christmas wishes come true? What's Pamela up to? What's Terry and Simon up to? These and other questions will be answered.
I love the romances blooming between Holly and Jack, Charlie and Logan, Isabella and Christopher and Jane and Gabe and I'm sure you will too. I've loved everyone of her books that I've read and I can't wait to read her next book

Beautiful story in a fantastic series.

An absolutely intriguing series that brilliantly intertwines suspense and romance into a fantastic story.  Unexpected alliances are formed and secrets are revealed as the series concludes.  The books and series kept me guessing throughout.  Amy Rafferty is one of my favourite authors. What an amazing series! The ending was wonderful with everyone getting their HEA's and mysteries solved. I love a good second chance anything and this was a page turner. The Christmas Inn really is a magical place. There was a warmth and hope that flowed through each book in this series with fantastic characters you felt like were family/friends. This is the perfect conclusion to a beautiful series with an emphasis on family and friends who fully support each other through difficult times. I have loved all the characters in this series. Lots of questions are answered in the book 4. The renovation process becomes round the clock as efforts are made to finish the rooms before the time arrives for the Winter Ball. Inspection problems have Jack almost giving up hope when it seems faulty documentation has been provided. Betrayal and distrust run throughout.

Jana continues to be bothered by Pamela who “says” she wants to reconnect and rebuild a relationship with her daughter.

Will couples second chance at love be fulfilled?

What a perfect story. No matter what we were finding out about, we couldn't give up on the story and the happily ever after that was needed.

A dog that just wants his HEA with his special lady. Several men that live to take care of their own. So many secrets, some more shocking than others. All come to the forefront as the Christmas Ball commences.

HEA do come true, and I can't wait to see how the last book in the series brings it all together!

I couldn't put this book down and read it in one setting. Someone is trying to take the inn away from the Christmas family and will do anything to achieve their goal. If you like books with plenty of suspense and romance, then you will like this book, which I highly recommend to other mystery/romance readers. Another great book in this series, one that you will want to read if you have been reading this series. We finally get the answers to all the mystery and unanswered questions. How the renovations are completed and the inspections are completed after none of the work at the inn was on record. Then all our answers to our questions are revealed and not as one would expect. One individual who was thought to be a major villain was innocent but didn’t stop others from doing the wrongs that were committed. An explanation of why the mother was so determined to reconnect with the daughter she didn’t want. How the money problems were suddenly being handled. All the heroes and heroines get their HEAs. Great ending to an engaging story, even the complete reveal is done in an interesting twist. Hope you enjoy this book and series as much as I did. Enjoy!
