If he earns her trust, she might become the Little they both want her to be. . .
Kip Harper is used to life on the run. After six years, she has it down to a science. Don't get comfortable. Don't get attached. But when she ends up in Wilder, WY, everything changes. Now she’ll do whatever it takes to stay. She just never imagined it would include marrying the infuriating man who stars in her wildest dreams and says he wants to be her Daddy... Trace Daniels has no idea who Kip is running from. He doesn’t care. He loved her from the moment he saw her. So, when trouble follows her to Wilder, WY, he’ll do whatever it takes to keep his Little girl safe. Especially if that means making her his own.
Another Wilder brother finds his little girl. Trace has been interested in Kip every since she turned up in Wilder a few months ago. Spending Friendsgiving as her Daddy only strengthened his need for her. He doesn't want to push her too fast, but he knows she's running from something/someone and his need to protect her is strong. But is it stronger than her need to run? She only does it because she doesn't want the ones around her to be hurt because of the ones after her. There are some obvious bad guys and some not so obvious ones, but for me one of the best parts of the story was watching Kip letting her little flag fly and to really enjoy being little, not only with her friends, but with Trace as her Daddy. I loved how Kip really struggled with her need to run and balanced that with Trace's need to protect and realized it was okay to let someone help her. They thankfully got their HEA. This was a sweet and spicy read and I can't wait for more from this author.

Trace is the third book in the Wild River Ranch series, and while it can be enjoyed as a standalone, I highly recommend starting from book one to get the full impact of the characters and their connections. Trace has been drawn to Kip from the moment she arrived in town…he’s made it clear he wants her in his life. But Kip has been on the run for a long time, and she knows her past is finally catching up to her. Trace is determined to keep her safe…as long as she doesn’t run again.
I absolutely loved these two together. The way Trace cares for Kip is both tender and fiercely protective, and their chemistry practically leaps off the page.
Getting more time with the Wild River Ranch crew was such a treat, and now I’m even more excited for what comes next in the series!
I love this series and this story just proves why! My heart is filled with love for Trace and Kip. She’s a Little girl who has been on the run because of something that happened in her past. When she meets Trace, could he be the one who can stop her from running? Could he be her Daddy? He adores her and will do anything to protect her, no matter the cost. Kip wants to stay and be with him and his wonderful family, but she’s afraid that harm can come to them. Quite a bit goes on in this story that will make your head and heart spin. I love all the Littles and their Daddies! They made me laugh out loud so many times. Such a fun, delightful, heartwarming story! I couldn’t get enough of Trace and Kip! She is such a breath of fresh air! And Trace is oh so delicious. They are perfect for each other! I look forward to reading more in this series!
I adored Kip & Trace’s story. I would recommend reading the other books in the series before this one, because it is so fun to meet the other couples and see them pop in in this story, too!
Kip has been on the run and as much as she loves the idea of Trace being her Daddy, she truly believes she can’t stay. I love the way Trace reassures her, and goes to find her when she won’t stay put. He is protective, caring, and exactly what she needs. Kip brings out Trace’s gentle and loving nature and they are a beautiful match.
As always, there was no lack of action or intrigue. I loved the suspense storyline in this book and it was well balanced with the romance. This was an all around great read in a wonderful series and I can’t wait for more!
Trace continues the ongoing story of the families of the Wild River Ranch. Trace is a patient man who knows exactly what he wants and is willing to put in the time to make it (or her) his. With the support of his family, Trace pursues and protects the beautiful Kip who has been running for too long and carrying too many secrets on her own. Delicious suspense…I did not put it down once I started! The atmosphere that the family creates is so warm and loving…as a reader, I felt pulled right in! I was especially excited to see the return of two of my favorite characters, Dodger and Seven Midnight! Looking forward to more stories from Cami Carlisle.
This is the fourth but more the third in the series of Wild River Ranch. I love this series and this book did not disappoint. I love the relationship between Kip and Trace and from page 2 , I was rooting for them. This was well written and I could not put it down. The book had the characters from the other books and just makes you wish you were part of that sweet and wonderful family. The descriptions of what the smells and how things looked was wonderful. As you read play the music the author has thoughtfully written in along with the singers names. It added to the story. I highly recommended this book and can’t wait for the next one.
This is book 4 in the Wild River Ranch Series. Cami once again weaves an amazing story in this fabulous world she has created for us! Trace has been falling for Kip since she moved to town, a dangerous situation pushes Trace into protector mode. I loved how he absolutely takes over and protects her!! Although this book can be read as stand alone I would recommend reading the first books as there are a lot of crossover characters.
OMG the opening scene had me almost in tears! The things Kip had to go through and experience is so heartbreaking but her finding Trace as a forever Daddy is beyond special. There are twists and turns but with a Happily Ever After. This is a great book and I can’t wait to read about Tanner/Junie and Sev/Kenzie
Wow. My favorite book by Cami ever. Kip had had such heartache and was so afraid to trust that anyone would stay. So many tender moments. So many ways Trace quietly loved her. Also love all the holiday traditions and especially the snow globe village. Any girl would be so lucky to have trace as a Daddy and husband. Loved it!!!!!!

I loved this one the most in the series. Trace is such a kind soul (and super funny) and his animalistic nature shows it. He is just what Kip needs to face her past and finally stop running. I loved how his kindness gave her the space to free and little to her hearts content. Can’t wait for the next one!
I absolutely love this whole series. Each story is unique and interesting. All the characters intertwined from previous stories are amazing. Can wait for the next book.
This was amazing I love Wild River Ranch so much and could never get enough I'm so happy to be back with the Men and their little girls. Trace is so loving and caring he will do anything to keep Kip safe his little Foxy wants to run again but now theirs something to fight for. She is so unselfish wanting what is best for her Daddy and to keep them safe, she has such a beautiful soul and I loved her so much.
This has danger, heart, and so much feeling as they protect one another written to perfection. I loved it so much.
Kip was running from the family of her dead husband who blamed her . She finally felt safe until she didn’t but she also found her daddy who proved to her through trust and love that he was her forever and would always keep her safe
Absolutely loved Trace and Kip’s story. Trace is such a sweetheart. Kip is a lucky woman. I can’t wait to read more about the crew of the Wild River Ranch. 🥰
This is a wonderful story in the Wild River series and though this can be read alone, reading the first 2 books will add sooo much more to the story. Trace; a Vet, cowboy and Wilder brother, has had his eye on Kip; who has been on the run for 6 years, for 6 months. Loved the fun aspects of this story, quote "We need a mission, Captain Kip! Something with forts and monsters and absolutely no vegetables". Kip answers, "Secret mission Fort. Under the kitchen table. Top Secret. No Bigs allowed -except maybe General Trace, because he's our Big." Trace is more than happy to indulge these Littles lol. What follows is the delightful journey through drama, fun, suspense, family excitement and of course Daddy love. Dodger is a wonderful extra and as we travel through kidnapping, snow and smexy times you feel like your there with all these wonderful characters. Lots of joyful antics from the other Littles made me smile and the ending had me holding back happy tears. This is a truly delightful book.
