Absolutely loved this!
It's written in short easy reads, is clear about how to adapt pretty much everything to suit your own circumstances. The examples and activities are doable and I started my new morning routine this morning and feel epic!
I can't recommend enough for anyone wanting to be a little more productive in life and make the most of all hours of the day.
