Rosa Lee lives in a sleepy Wiltshire village, surrounded by the beautiful English countryside and the sound of British Army tanks firing in the background (it’s worth the noise for the uniformed dads in the local supermarket and doing the school run!).
Rosa loves writing dark and delicious whychoose romance, and has so many ideas trying to burst out that she can often be found making a note of them as soon as one of her three womb monsters wakes her up. She believes in silver linings and fairytale endings...you know, where the villains claim the Princess for their own, tying her up and destroying the world for her.

I liked parts of this. There was a lot of detail about the cancer treatment and after reading the afterword where the author explained that this book was an outlet for her own journey with chronic illness, I could understand the reason for the detail. As this is very much a journey of health for the main character.
My main issues were with how quickly things went from bully to loving. There was very little bullying really which I’m ok with but I didn’t feel the three MMCs spent enough time with her for the change to make sense. I even had to skip the section where she propositions them because it was so sudden that it made me cringe. I think it would have made more sense for it to have been an insta love story than what it appeared to be at the start. The Goldilocks retelling was very subtle.
That being said, I did like her interactions with the MMCs and the characters themselves which is why I finished it.
I liked the writing and I will probably look at other work by this author.
