DNF at 73%. Hard pass with demon possession. And unfortunately, I can't continue this series because demonology and the occult will be a key element going forward. This "element" is trivialized, in this book because of who the main characters are. Not okay for anyone, but especially not when dealing with kids. At first, all the reader knows is what the kids discover in this book: there is an entity causing all the paranormal phenomena and making ghosts more solid in Darhill than anywhere else. I was intrigued in the beginning, but as the story unfolded and went in a direction I am not okay with, I knew I would not finish this book, let alone continue the series.
