First, I had NO idea this was a series? Where does it say that? IF I know it's a series and it ends in a cliffhanger that is one thing, but to not know is annoying. Otherwise enjoyable and so in 10-15 years when the series is complete I can finish it;)
I did like the characters and the story but could you not put like, "Book 1" on the cover or even on Goodreads (at least at the time of this writing there is zero indication this is a series).

The storyline and character build-up were little to non-existent. Everything you can think of when you hear the word witch is shoved in the book. I love cozy witchy mysteries but this was just one big disappointment. I didn't know if I was even going to be able to finish it.

This was an audible book for me and thought it would be a fun witchy read. The story was okay but I find Teddy Hamilton mildly annoying 😱. Don’t shoot me. I will not be continuing with this series
