For anyone who realizes it’s been 5 hrs on phone

The author doesn’t just rant about technology they expose how our phones quietly hijack our attention, relationships, and even our sense of self. It’s eye-opening, relatable, and often laugh-out-loud funny. By the end, you’re not just ready to “put the damn phone down” you actually want to.
