This is an Insta love, 95% smut story. A M/F love story. Two people who find each other, and are trying to fight challenges to keep each other. Wrapped up with a HEA.
I loved Jax’s friends! They were hilarious. The banter was awesome. Jax’s description, wow he sounded hot.
I didn’t feel the connection with the MC’s. But I’m not into insta love smut. I love my smutty steamy moments, but I need build up. So that might be why I didn’t feel the chemistry. I felt like Jax’s personality could have been more developed. The hockey part of the story, the games and practices, could have been mentioned more as well. I would have loved a little more of a storyline, some sort of big something. Other than what we got instead
This book wasn’t what I usually look for in a story. I love reading and trying to help authors though. I love hockey romance, but this wasn’t it for me.
My interests and feelings doesn’t make it a bad book. Someone else might love this story and characters.

This book wrecked me and put me back together!
Loved the banter and the HEAT! Of Them for sure .
Jax was kind of a one night stand king . And Carley a paralegal who just got over a cheating boyfriend. One night they happen to be at a bar and sparks fly and it heats up ! But Jax doesn't get her last name and she takes off no number exchange... They still think about each other a lot. And finally she finds him on Ig ... And a whole bunch of crazy things happen ... Lots of good banter , plenty of spice ! Both have crazy ex's that try and make things difficult . but you have to read it to see what happens... Don't want to spoil it but it's a great story of love and learning to trust again.

This book was really good! I couldn’t put it down! I cannot wait to see where book two goes!
