I love this book! My sister gave it to me as a Christmas present over 20 years ago at an especially busy time of life for me. I read it each year early in the holiday season. It helps me to remember that I always have "the pause".

A beautiful Christmas story that brings out the best in all of us. It will make you stop and think.... I love this book and the author, my dear long time friend, Keith Gaddy Davis. My dear friend is warm,caring,loving and passionate man to say the least and is so talented in his writings of his true life experiences... The Pause is the best Christmas gift you could give. Everyone needs a pause once in awhile. Reading this book is a chance to slow down, refocus on what is important, and take a well deserved pause.

I wish this book was still in print. It would make a lovely Christmas gift for so many friends and family. A good friend gave it to me years ago, and I wish I could pass it on. Wonderful.
