Omg this was such a cute comic collection! I have seen short little snippets of Milk and Mocha cartoons over the internet and it was so fun to read the full collection! Most of the panels are wordless, but even without text the drawings really convey this message of finding joy and love in the small things in life. The drawings themselves were so cute, and story they told was really heartwarming and cute, along with really romantic interactions between the two bears. I thought it was so cute and lovely, and Milk and Mocha really show how when you're in a relationship, the little things are big. A morning kiss to the forehead, sharing a piece of cake when they look sad, cuddling together in a blanket, even being bored together and scrolling on the phone side by side (because why not lol)! This comic collection was really sweet, and overall 3 stars!
Milk and Mocha are the main bear-y characters of the story. Their little happy moments really reminded me of the simple pleasures of life. And OF COURSE, the absolutely marvellous mind flutteringly cute art style was GORGEOUS 🐻🧸🍬🍭🩷
Genuinely, a kind of book that needs no notes, no hastle and takes you away in the lucid, small world where you genuinely learn to live and actually appreciate life and wall that it gives you. I am ENAMOURED by this short sweet tale, and I hope you are too.

Milk & Mocha Comics Collection was one of those comics I was instantly drawn to just by looking at the cover. The artwork is so adorable and cozy that I knew immediately I wanted to read this cozy comic book. 😭❤️
In the introduction is talked about how it’s often the most ordinary things, the quiet moments, the warmth of doing nothing together, that mean the most to us. And honestly, I couldn’t have described it better myself. That is exactly how this book feels. Reading it almost feels like opening a beautifully coloured cozy coloring book. I caught myself slowly flipping through the pages while being wrapped in a blanket, holding a warm cup of tea, with a lovely scented candle burning nearby every time reading it. Pure comfort!
Milk & Mocha themselves are just unbearably cute 🥹 Truly, too adorable for words. Their little moments together capture so many familiar feelings in such a soft, gentle way. Doing nothing together, being there and loving each other quietly. All those moments feel incredibly relatable, and they're told with so much sweetness and warmth.
This comic is about all those small, everyday moments. The moments that often go unnoticed, yet mean everything. And it tells them in the most cozy and heartwarming way possible. I adored every minute of it. 🥰❤️
I would like to thank Netgalley and the publisher for providing me with an ARC.
Overall this is a cute book with fun characters. I liked the cute illustrations and the short format to this book. It's very sweet. The characters are very lovable. This was the first time I've seen these characters and Iliked them. This is a very slice of life and easy going comic that is easy to fall in love with.
I used to see the comics in Instagram and have always loved them. They are the cutest lil pair. The comics are so relatable and cute. I love them so much. The art is so simple yet so cute. One of the best slice of life comics out there.
Quick Summary: An adorable dynamic duo comics collection
My Review: Milk & Mocha Comics Collection: Our Little Moments was written and illustrated by Melani Sie. It is volume 2 in the Milk & Mocha Comics Collection series. It is categorized as "Comics, Graphic Novels, Manga | Entertainment & Pop Culture." The volume is scheduled for release on 6/23/26.
About the Book: "Sweet Milk and stoic Mocha prove the old adage that opposites really do attract. Dedicated to all the little daily interactions, big and small, Milk & Mocha is perfect for anyone who has ever been in love."
In My Own Words: A fluffy, stuff, cuteness overload comic with a simple message about love and togetherness
My Final Say: This darling, little collection completely charmed me. I loved both Milk & Mocha. They were like a modern day Odd Couple. Think Felix and Oscar 7.0 with a heart emoji.
Reading through the comic series, I could not help but smile. There was a lesson in every tale. All that to say that this sweet volume needs to be savored to be fully appreciated. There is something here for everyone.
My Takeaway: The simplicity of life can bring the greatest of treasured moments.
Appreciation is extended to the author/illustrator, to the publisher (Andrews McMeel Publishing), and to NetGalley. Thank you for granting access to a digital ARC of this title in exchange for an honest critique. I thoroughly enjoyed reviewing this volume, and I look forward to reading more comic collections in the future.
"Milk & Mocha" is one of my absolute favorite comic collections, and I was ecstatic to find out the creator was publishing a new book! I follow them on social media b/c I love to see the comics the post daily, and this collection did not disappoint! Milk and Mocha is so charming and wholesome. Every 4 panel comic makes me smile, and even if you read just one a day, it always makes the day brighter. I see a lot of my own relationship in these comics and it reminds me of a lot of really good times I've had with my own significant other.
The comics are so cute and well drawn too! I love the cozy, cute aesthetic and the cheerful color palette that the author uses to convey each comic. In this particular installment one of my favorite parts was the new character, "Mustard" the frog. Truly I feel like anyone could find a bit of joy in reading these comics, and I cannot recommend enough!!! There's honestly no age recommendation either, they comics are so cozy I feel like they could be enjoyed by anyone.
Thank you so much to NetGalley and the author, Melani Sie, for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I will definitely be buying a copy when this book gets published!
Extremely grateful to Netgalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for the opportunity to read this book pre-publishing!
Milk and Mocha are a very familiar couple to me as I follow the author's Instagram account and share most of the illustrations with my partner, so when noticed that this work was available for FREE in Netgalley I knew I had to check it. As expected, this collection of short comics were sweet, cozy, relatable and just perfect as a little reading "snack" between deeper more intricate reads. Their contrasting personalities make it perfect for different people to relate to one or the other, ad also feel represented as Mocha seems to use a board to talk whenever they are not feeling very verbal. Matcha and Mustard also add to the overall cuteness of the stories as they can remind us of our own doggies and cats (or even more peculiar pets such as snakes or tortoises). I haven't yet read the first volume but after reading this one I will surely do so. Highly recommended if you love the tooth rooting fluff tag in ao3 :D
Thank you NetGalley, for providing me with this arc, in exchange for my honest review.
This is volume two of a collection of cute little comics of 2 bears who love eachother so much, I really felt it.
They show their love for eachother through small everyday gestures, sometimes spontaneous, sometimes just by taking care of eachother. They do annoy eachother sometimes too but I guess that’s part of being in a relationship.
These little comics exude warmth and even the color use is warm and soft.
I love how they had the cutest little pets and how cozy this was!
I think this is perfect to read and enjoy in little bits at a time. Or in one go if you just can’t get enough of these two little cute bears and their pets, like I did.
Milk and Mocha and even their pets, have such different personalities but they match so well.
I am definitely going to read this book again, if I need some warmth and something easy and fun to read.
This was so cute! It was a really lovely celebration of the little things in life and enjoying every moment with your partner.
I've loved Milk and Mocha for ages and me and my partner send eachother the mini comics on Instagram. This was no different. With the cute characters, funny little comics that highlight the ordinary and the addition of Mustard, a tiny lil frog along with their Dino pet.
I did find some of the comics a little confusing though. Also, I feel some of them were maybe in the wrong order? E.g. they're on holiday then in a few pages they start planning the holiday, going on the plane etc.
Overall though, this was a cute, feel good comic that you can easily turn back to when you're feeling low. It made me feel all loved and fuzzy inside.
Thanks to NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for this ARC.
We follow the pair of bears with opposite personalities; Mocha and Milk. The comic book shows their small moments of love in the mundane everyday, that a lot of readers with a significant other can relate to.
Some of the things showed in the comics are experinces a lot of happy couples can relate to. It is adorable and sweet to a tooth rotting degree. It's evident that this isn't a book for everyone, but for most it will be a fun little light showcasing what love can be in the everyday.
On another note, the art is beautiful and adorable, reminiscent of characters such as Hello Kitty and the rest of sanrio's character catalog, as well as pokemon and other cute chibi characters from different anime and manga. With it's cute colour pallette and clean lines, it is pleasant and relaxing to read.
All in all, a great read and reread.

I loooove Milk & Mocha’s comics and it’s no wonder this collection of them was so heart-warming.
This may sound cliché but I love how this cute bear couple is just how my gf and I interact. Their personalities and peculiarities are similar to ours and I whenever I come across their little adventures, it always puts a smile on my face.
It surely is a fast-paced read: both Milk and Mocha have an easy-going life and their romance story is adorable, so you just can’t stop looking at their cute little moments. They’re such a healthy couple I’m glad I got to read this new installment.
I’m sure if you already know these cute characters, you’ll enjoy the bundle!
I received an e-book ARC in exchange for an honest review via NetGalley.
Thank you to NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for the Advanced Reader's Copy! My review is voluntary and my honest opinion. ♡
I've been following Milk & Mocha's journey for awhile on Instagram and I just adore the little characters. This little comic collection was no different. I love that this collection centers on the quiet moments, the slow ones that we don't always think twice about. The characters are very emotive and have so much personality! I admit I am probably a little biased since I love the characters so much already but I think this was a really great collection & would recommend it for sure! It's such a sweet and tender read and really easy to finish in one sitting! Thank you again for the ARC! ♡
A quick and sweet read. Milk & Mocha are very cozy and cute and it’s very engaging seeing them and their pets depicted in just everyday life; small moments that might seem silly but really resonated with me, because life isn’t always grand gestures and jet-setting.
Loved the art style and the colour choices for Milk & Mocha and also for the different panels. Overall, Milk & Mocha is a fast-paced and lighthearted comic that has all the emotions and feels, but in the best way possible.
Thanks NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for this free arc/copy of “Milk & Mocha Comics Collection: Our Little Moments: by Melani Sie; all opinions are my own and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Naaawww, mega cute!
I have always enjoyed Milk and Mocha illustrations. They are so adorable. This Comic book didn't disappoint. The illustrations were cute as always and had some text added to them occasionally. A lot of the situations Milk and Mocha share in this book are relatable to humans. A lot of them show love and care etc. I can imagine that this book could partially be used to teach toddlers certain situations, emotions, colours and words. I read the book digitally, however it is mentioned that the physical copy comes with some Milk & Mocha stickers which is a nice bonus.
Thank you to the Author and NetGalley for providing me with this ARC. I am looking forward to future Milk and Mocha books, gifs, memes, merch etc.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC in exchange for an honest review. I really enjoyed this. I could have made this a quick read, but I decided to focus on the art and the emotion of each mini story. It was absolutely adorable. Milk and Mocha are two bears that really care about each other. The author/artist's style is subtle and sweet, and the colors are really soothing. I found this to be uplifting and fun to read. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys chibi/kawaii style art but longs for little stories from the cute characters. This is one of the cutest books I have read all year.
Thank you to Andrews McMeel Publishing for this ARC in exchange for my honest review!
Milk & Mocha Comics Collection: Our Little Moments was such a delightful surprise. Before discovering this book, I was already using Milk & Mocha GIFs to message a friend, so stumbling upon an actual printed collection felt unexpectedly special.
The book is an assorted collection of short, cozy slice-of-life comics centered on affection, comfort, and everyday love. One of my favorite strips is the venting scene, where Milk lets their feelings out and Mocha quietly comforts them with gentle pats, an unspoken “there, there, it’s going to be okay.” Those moments feel deeply relatable and emotionally grounding.
There’s plenty of hugging and kissing throughout, but it never feels overwhelming. Lines like “Every story is beautiful, but ours is my favorite,” and “The most beautiful stars are the ones in your eyes” really stood out to me. Another favorite sentiment was “Whenever I see something beautiful, I want you to see it too,” and “Thank you for adding so many colors to my world.” These simple phrases capture how love shows up in everyday ways.
Overall, Our Little Moments is comforting and incredibly relatable. It’s the kind of book you can flip through for a soft reminder that love can live in small moments, shared glances, and gentle care.
The only accurate summary for this comic is: “so, soooo cute!!!” That’s it. No notes.
I follow a bunch of Instagram illustrators who do slice-of-life couples as adorable animal characters (think dinosaurcouch, thekawaiicouples, etc.), and I always love when the moments feel genuinely relatable. Milk & Mocha absolutely delivers - and I was not ready for the cuteness overload of a full collection.
Buy this one and keep it on standby for gloomy days, or gift it to celebrate the small, sweet rituals that make a relationship feel like home. :)))
Milk and Mocha are absolutely adorable and this comic collection of their sweet moments and interactions is so much fun! The illustrations are super cute and convey how special even seemingly boring moments together are. These comics are equal parts heartwarming, silly und relatable🩷
Thank you Melani Sie, Andrews McMeel Publishing and NetGalley for a copy of "Milk & Mocha Comics Collection - Our Little Moments" in exchange for my honest review.
SOOOOO CUTEEEEE!!!! 🥹 Milk & Mocha is one of my most favourite comics on Instagram! i love the cuteee drawing and their opposite personalities! how Milk talks a lot and Mocha doesn’t talk at all — and still somehow they manage to show their love for each other! 🥺
this book is a collection of little moments between them! ❤️ heartwarming, sweet and even funny! i especially loved the last travelling one! ☀️
Generally I'm pretty charmed by Milk and Mocha in general (as one is prone to being with these types of mascot-y comic characters), so it was nice to see a bunch of their comics compiled. All in all, a really endearing and slice-of-life read that depicts small joys really well. I did find it a little repetitive and a little generic, given the lack of an overall plot, which would have hooked me a little more.
Thank you NetGalley and Andrew McMeel Publishing for the ARC!
These comics are really cute and definitely perfect for a cozy reading session inside on a snowy day. I liked that this installment also included a longer comic about a trip to Bali, which nicely balanced out the shorter comics throughout the book. Mocha is mute, or otherwise non-verbal, and I like that we see him using a tablet to communicate, which is made more clear in this installment than the previous one. Overall, this was a lovely second installment in this series.
A little graphic novel that mainly consists of one page comics of cute moments between the sweet couple, Milk & Mocha. The art is simple and charming and their conversations are relatable to those of us who have been in a loving relationship. I enjoyed the change of scenery when they take a vaction. There's not much else to say with it being a well done instagrammy comic type collection
An absolutely adorable comic collection of Milk & Mocha's moments together, featuring the addition of a frog!!!! I love Milk and Mocha, and my partner and I even have kissing keychains of the two of them. I found the comics to be sweet and very relatable, and I loved their vacation story. Thank you so much to NetGalley for this ARC!
This was an adorable collection of comics about everyday life and how wonderful it can be with the right person. As always Milk and Mocha are adorable and I love their adventures. Also I related to so many of these because they remind me of how everyday life with my husband can be great.

For fans of Milk&Mocha and readers new to their story as well, this book acts as an adorable compilation of comics based around Milk& Mocha's dynamic. These bears and their pets (Mustard and Matcha) are so adorable! I love that both this book and the first one come with stickers in the physical copies. Such a fun idea!
