Stackin' Paper Part 9: Buried But Breathing
Genesis Taylor has rebuilt his empire from the ashes, but the ghosts of his past still haunt him—none more devastating than the presumed death of his only son, Amir. While mourning turns to vengeance, Genesis rallies his closest allies—Supreme, Nico Carter, Precious, and his young protégé Caleb—for an all-out war against Maverick McClay, the ruthless rival who abducted Amir and ignited a bloody chain reaction. But the deeper Genesis dives into retribution, the more unstable the battlefield becomes, as betrayal lurks even among those he trusts most.
As the body count rises, shocking secrets unravel. Justina, Amir’s grieving widow, finds herself torn between rekindled passion and deceptive new alliances. Pilar returns to Houston to settle her own unfinished score. And when a cryptic ransom demand suggests Amir might still be alive, Precious risks everything to uncover the truth. With the lines between loyalty and survival blurring, Genesis must outwit enemies both old and new—including Maverick’s unpredictable enforcer Riot Mercer. In a world where trust is lethal and silence is never empty, Genesis will learn that the dead don't always stay buried—and some ghosts don’t haunt… they hunt.

Like a lot happened but nothing happened at the same time? Idk, I’m starting to lose the plot in this series.
I am looking forward to the next book though. Gots to see it through lol.
