Living a Time Line.
I have always found historical fiction and time travel fascinating – so I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story combining the two. The whole idea of being able to control travel back-and-forth in time is just so interesting! Of course the drama of other nefarious characters with unsavoury goals really added to the story. Descriptions of the different periods of time and even the contrasting technology was very engaging. With a hint of something more yet to come, I’ll be looking for another novel in this series – if there is one!.

Was pretty okay for a girlie whose been watching Outlander. Gave faint vibes of that, but i won't lie, it could have been a little smoother in writing. Maybe it was just me being sleepy, but it did drag a little. And it didn't necessarily drag me into the story the way I so wanted it to.

Unusual but compelling plot
The story started making sense about a quarter of the way in and then took off like a rabbit. Hard to put down and I was hoping to see references to the next book. Great book!

Award winning movie potential!
Storyline, writing style, detail of characters, plots, action with battles and well as love and family relatioships fantastic! Did not want to stop reading.
