A Fascinated Read
First of all, the cover to this book is simply gorgeous! At first glance, I was ready to pick up this book and give it a go. And I’m so glad I did, too!
This is an epic dark romance between Selene, a young female healer and Adrian, a vampire lord. Their paths cross when she miraculously saves a child, and is taken in to be studied. As it turns out, she is half angel and is now wanted by demons and vampires alike. When she’s bonded to Adrian, her life forever changes. Will she fall for the vampire lord, or become a victim to her tragic fate?
A fascinating read that will have you wanting more. Can’t wait for book 2!

Vampire Dark Romance
Dr. Selene Carter, who works at St. Mary specializes in pediatric oncology. She goes to room 314 of Lily Morrison, who is 7 years old, stage 4 cancer. Dr. Carter is a vampire and transforms Lily into a vampire to save her life. She works in London, England by the River Thames. She meets Adrian Luthair, who calls vampirism a mutation and quotes from the Book of the Damned with demons to terrify her. Dr. Carter is not terrified. Adrian remarks that at least Dr. Carter is not in denial. Father Aldric shows Dr. Carter, the archive. Adrian has taken possession of her and leads her through a passage past a gate. Adrian is threatened by a demon named Bentos who wants to take Dr. Carter. Adrian prevails, saving Dr. Carter then locks Dr. Selene Carter voluntarily in a chamber cage while he teaches her to fly like a vampire. Dr. Carter, who is intelligent, is willing to learn. Adrian is training her for the vampire/demon wars. Morrigan brings in Julian Atheron and Vex - more demons to serve Bentos. Vex is in a straight jacket, and Adrian and Dr. Carter tells Bentos to let him go. Lucien, Garrick, and Selene Carter are with Adrian. Will they be able to overpower the demons? Will the demon, Bentos, decimate the vampire population? If you like dark romances that have a good slow burn, this is the book for you.
