Book 13 in the Once Again series, Passion in Prague by Jennifer Skully, is easily one of my absolute favorites in the entire lineup. This series has always delivered heartfelt, later-in-life romances, but this one in particular swept me away.
Elise never imagined she’d get another shot at love. Divorced, lonely, and burdened by a secret that’s shaped her life for years, she arrives in Prague for the final leg of a whirlwind European trip. What she doesn’t expect is Kent—a widower with a tender heart who sees her in a way no one has in a long time.
But falling in love isn’t simple. Kent’s daughter is still grieving her mother and wants no woman, including Elise, stepping into that void. Watching Elise and Kent navigate those emotional landmines against the stunning backdrop of Prague—its winding streets, glittering river views, and old-world charm—made this story feel both intimate and epic.
I adore later-in-life, second-chance romances, and this book reminded me exactly why. Passion in Prague is a beautiful, hopeful reminder that love is always worth the risk—no matter your age, your past, or the secrets you carry.
This series continues to deliver gem after gem, and this one shines especially bright.
