A thrilling supernatural ride! Crimson Moon pulls you right into Georgetown — a town ruled by a terrifying blood-red moon and dark creatures hiding in the shadows. Wendy & Eithan’s chemistry, the school rivalry, and the twists kept me hooked throughout.

The pace is fast and addictive, though I wish a few emotional moments had a bit more breathing space — and a little more world-building at the start would make it even stronger.

Still, the suspense + romance + mystery combo makes this a must-read for fantasy lovers. Highly recommended if you love dark secrets, supernatural danger & heart-racing storytelling!

Crimson Moon by Weslyn Trimmingham was a very good book. The story revolves around Eithan and Wendy. Eithan was drawn to Wendy from the beginning. The secondary characters are very colorful and add very nicely to the story. The ending will bring you a sweet surprise. I highly recommend this book.

A captivating mix of mystery, fantasy, and emotion
Crimson Moon is a fascinating story that blends mystery, fantasy, and emotion beautifully. The legend of the “Crimson Moon” surrounding Georgetown slowly unfolds into a deep, supernatural mystery, and author Weslyn Trimmingham brings that world to life with vivid descriptions and imagination.
The interactions between Wendy and Eithan are especially engaging — filled with warmth, curiosity, and tension that keep you turning the pages. The writing feels cinematic, with moments of fear, love, and self-discovery all intertwined.
At a few points the pacing slows a little, but the author’s storytelling keeps you invested until the very end.
Overall: If you enjoy dark mysteries, supernatural elements, and romantic tension, Crimson Moon is definitely worth reading. Weslyn Trimmingham is a promising new voice to watch.
