Professor Bennett Murray is determined to make a difference and a name for himself. Leaving his comfortable life in Chicago, he utilizes his skills in business and teaching to work at the community college of the small town he moved to. Bennett and Nelson were super sweet together, and I liked that this wasn't an instalove-jump-into-bed situation. It's nice to read older characters for a change (Bennett is 30, Nelson is 40). At those ages, the age-gap is almost incidental, I think, and there wasn't any unnecessary angst over the age difference.
This is a fluffy, low-angst, low-spice, easy read that is the perfect escape from reality. Once again, MJ has created a world with dynamic, well-developed characters. Even the side characters were solidly fleshed out, and I'm looking forward to Finn and Bailey's story.
This is a must read if you're looking for something sweet and uncomplicated with a guaranteed HEA.
