She was still mostly a mystery to me, but I thought I would do anything to unravel her.
Irina Rusnac, freshly graduated from Sydney University, should be returning to Romania now that her student visa is expiring. Except she has a very good reason to stay the hell away from home, and she’ll do almost anything to remain in Australia.
Her controlling on-again-off-again girlfriend thinks they should get married, but that would be escaping one bad situation to throw herself into another.
Instead, Ri decides to live slightly illegally and earn money as a creator on Tickle, a wildly successful adults-only app, until she can work out a more permanent solution…
…Henry Baxter, Australia’s youngest billionaire and the tech genius behind Tickle, just wants to escape a party he never wanted to host. A woman, sans-panties, is the last thing he expects to find when he retreats to his bedroom.
And afterwards, when he digs a little into her background, he discovers her immigration conundrum.
Offering to marry her seems a reasonable solution. It’s only two years of pretending to be a couple, with a simple, amicable divorce once she’s legal.
If only the spark between them wasn’t constantly on the verge of catching fire … and the past Irina is running from wasn’t determined to catch up to her…
Layla has been writing stories ever since she could pick up a pencil and shape words. The most memorable works of her tween and teen years included a rap version of 'Little Red Riding Hood' and an embarrassingly spicy high school camp/murder mystery (which was possibly a sign of things to come).
Layla studied Communications at Newcastle University in NSW, Australia, and worked as a buyer and marketing coordinator in the education sector, before joining her husband in the family retail business. That's still her day job (she's very lucky her boss is pretty lenient, or she'd never get any writing done).
Layla lives on an acreage in regional NSW with her husband, two rambunctious children, four mostly feral cats, and an ancient German Shepherd who still thinks he's a puppy. Oh, and some angry Plovers that swoop her every spring without fail.
This book was everything I was hoping it would be. I absolutely adored Henry and Irina’s love story.
We had already met Irina from the previous book and I knew then she was going to be a character I loved. She’s strong, fiery and hilarious. Just an absolute queen.
AND THEN we have Henry 'Consent King' Baxter.. This man 👏🏻 He was incredibly sweet and so wholesome, and the autism rep was also written beautifully.
I also loved the cameos of some of my favourite characters from the previous books 🙌🏻
Irina is in Australia to study but when she's finished and her visa expires she would do anything to avoid going back home to Romania. Starting to make content on the adult app Tickle seems like a great way to make some money while she flys under the radar. Henry is the brains behind Tickle and is now one of Australia's youngest billionaires, in an unplanned moment he manages to meet one of the apps top creators, Irina and decides to look into her background. Discovering that her visa is expired he offers to marry her simply because his a man who likes to solve problems, definitely not because his watches her content and is interested in her. Now they just need to make it through two years of marriage to get her residency, PDA is ok but platonic in private, easy right?
This style of book isn't my usual read but since I discovered Layla earlier this year I've absolutely been loving reading her work and this is no exception. It's a beautiful break from the fantasy heavy books I often read and the spice in this felt different too, it definitely wasn't lacking but it felt tender in a way because you could really feel the emotional connection between the characters. As expected from Layla's writing there was a lovely sprinkle of humour throughout, as well as nods to Aussie culture (like how top tier fairy bread is). This book has it all; slow burn romance, autism representation, legal system battles, yacht & island owning level billionaire, slutty little glasses, spicy content apps, mystery, action and cute cats.
I highly recommend this book and once you read and love it, you won't be disappointed by the rest of Layla Pines work too.
“We will make mistakes, Ri. Everyone does. It’s how we handle them that matters. But if there’s trust, and honesty, and … affection, then mistakes are just a learning curve, and we can work through them together. But for now, let’s just enjoy this new thing we’ve found, because if we spend all our time worrying about a hypothetical future where we might hurt one another, how can we appreciate what we have right now?”
Huge thankyou to the fabulous, our one and only Layla Pine for this arc opportunity! 🫶🏻
In my opinion, Layla has truly stepped up her game with this installment in the Ausse Cravings series. It’s officially claimed the number two spot for me right behind Ace My Heart! 🙌🏻 She has such a talent for delivering emotions that hit you right to your core, then wrapping them up in a deliciously romantic, almost fairytale like way. 🌠
I always love the references and hidden gems she sprinkles throughout her stories, and as an Australian, they make everything feel that much more relatable. 🤭 The autism representation was handled so beautifully and respectfully it genuinely felt like it came from a place very close to her heart. 🥰
👑Irina? I adored her. Actually, obsessed. A Romanian QUEEN. 👓Henry? An absolute swoon those slutty little glasses had no right. And a cat dad? Say less. The chemistry and banter between them were perfection, and I loved how their paths collided and ultimately led them to each other. ❤️🔥
So go find yourself a comfy spot, grab some fairy bread, and get ready because this is a slightly chaotic, suspenseful, and ridiculously fun story about two idiots falling head over heels in love. 😍
If there's one thing you learn from growing up in a dysfunctional family, it's to prioritise survival!
Irina - Ri, to her friends - Rusnac did everything she could to escape Romania and secure the opportunity to study for her degree in Australia. However, she did not expect to receive no support after graduation, given that her visa would expire shortly thereafter... She learns of a way to make money without needing such a document. It will be the same job that will enable her to touch the sky with her fingertips, while simultaneously digging her own grave.
Henry Baxter is a programmer and entrepreneur who has just become a billionaire. He achieved this feat by launching another successful project that was appreciated by both the public and investors. To celebrate, già team threw a party on his new yacht to forge new connections. It will be within those walls, in the middle of nowhere, that two broken souls will find each other and help each other, each in their own way✨
It took me a while to finish reading it, partly due to time constraints and distractions, but also because I found the author's description of MMC so fascinating. It reminded me a little of people close to me. Then there is the dark side of Ri's past and present, which reveals a great deal about her character and how she copes with life's challenges. It was my very first time reading this author's work, and I can say that it was absolutely worth it, even though – damn my intuition – I had sensed almost from the very first internal problems who was behind both Irina's and Henry's emotional breakdowns.
I was fortunate enough to get an ARC version of this book, BUT I have also pre-ordered a hard copy - so I did actually pay for this book.
Let me get into my honest, (mostly!) spoiler-free review - I really enjoyed this.
I've enjoyed all the Aussie Craving books in this series, my absolute favourite being Singing My Tune. And if Singing My Tune was a coin, Your Only Fan was the other side of the coin. Both books have been written so that they weave together as they occur during the same timeline (and truthfully, I kind of feel bad for both of the ladies! They both go through some traumatic stuff and they can't really be there for each other as best mates feel like they should be).
I really enjoyed that Irina's backstory was told as if it was a fairytale - which we all know, at their core, they are twisted and dark. It suited Irina and also gave us a bit of a glimpst into how she compartmentalize her history/trauma so that it doesn't break her.
Tropes: 📷marriage of convenience 🐈autism rep (mmc) 📷bisexual fmc 🐈cinnamon roll mmc
A really enjoyable read. I had a great time with this one, largely because Henery is such a top-tier book boyfriend—charming, capable, and genuinely compelling in the way he cares for the FMC.
I really liked Irina as a protagonist too; her situation felt layered and emotionally grounded, and I was invested in her journey and the choices she had to make. Their love story worked well for me, with strong chemistry and a relationship that felt believable as it developed.
I do wish we’d been able to learn a little more about the Henry’s autism, as it felt like an area that could have been explored more deeply, but overall this was a fun, engaging romance that I thoroughly enjoyed.
A Masterpiece of Heart, Humor, and Inclusivity! I simply cannot give Layla Pine's Your Only Fan anything less than five stars. This book is an absolute triumph that left me breathless, laughing out loud, and wiping away tears. The Autism Representation is a Breath of Fresh Air As a mother to an autistic son, the representation in this novel was profoundly moving and truly a gift. It is so incredibly refreshing to immerse myself in positive, well-written stories featuring an autistic hero. The way Layla Pine handled the nuances of Henry, Irina and Andrei's experience with such sensitivity, respect, and depth was outstanding. It felt authentic, celebratory, and genuinely made my heart swell. This representation is not just a side note; it's a vital, positive element of the love story.
Your Only Fan took me on an emotional journey! I felt every single emotion while reading this book. The tension, the humor, the deep ache of vulnerability, and the soaring heights of unconditional love, it's all there. Layla Pine weaves a tapestry of feelings that pulls you in from the first page and doesn't let go until the very end. The structure and style of the writing elevate this book to a new level. The amazing chapter names are so clever and evocative, and the way the past is referred like a bittersweet fairytale adds a beautiful, timeless quality to the narrative. It’s inventive and truly sets this book apart. And finally, the lines that will live in my mind rent-free! Layla Pine has a gift for writing moments that are both intensely romantic and genuinely hilarious. My favorite quotes perfectly capture the book's unique blend of heat and heart:
"I picked you as a trad wife the second I laid eyes on you." She smirked in my direction. "What, when you found me in your bedroom with no panties on? Yes thats how every trad wife gets her husband"
"Her in my arms was my eternal paradise"
"Something about my mouth on her skin calmed me, despite the sensory overload of noise and the burgeoning crowd"
"When henry gave eye contact it was intense, and lasting, and it burrowed deep into me"
"WHERE IS MY WIFE?!"
"My woman. My wife"
"I want to be your only fan, catnip"
Do yourself a favor and pick up Your Only Fan. It is an instant classic and a book I will recommend until I'm hoarse.

She is desperate to stay in the country - he has a solution to her problem in Your Only Fan.
Romanian student Irini is running out of time. Her degree is over, her student visa has expired and the pressure to return home is mounting. As a last resort, she turns to the adult app Tickle and begins making content.
App creator Henry never expected his live to go this way. Tickle is an enormous success and he is richer than he ever dreamed he would be. While hosting a party on his yacht (he has one of those now), he escapes the overstimulating noise to his room…only to discover Irini in there, hanging out with his cats.
As Henry and Irini get to know each other, he realises he can solve her problem by marrying her…and by altering some government records. But it’s a business arrangement only - there can be no feelings involved. Right??
I really enjoyed this. It’s a big book, with lots of moving pieces, but everything came together really nicely. Above everything else, I love that it is set in Sydney - it is filled with familiar locations and Aussie brands make it clear it is written by someone who knows the area. There is so much that is uniquely Aussie/Sydney without being stereotyped - the sensation of bare feet on hot asphalt, comparing something to Vivid, swimming at Icebergs, or debating the finer aspects of fairy bread.
While this is a romance, and there is a lot to laugh at throughout the book, this story deals with some very heavy issues that could be triggering. It deals with immigration, autistic meltdowns, trafficking, stalking, controlling behaviour, drug use, gambling addiction, child and parental death, and adult content creation. It includes ex drama on behalf of both characters.
The spice is definitely spicy and very open door. I did, however, appreciate that once the main couple is established, some scenes fade to black to avoid repetition. While the primary relationship is slow burn, the book itself is absolutely not. The FMC is bi and does start in a FF relationship.
This is book five in a series, but I read it as a standalone easily. Sections that overlap with previous books aren’t necessarily fully explained unless it is relevant to this story, which made me add the first four books to my TBR immediately. I highly recommend this book for contemporary romance readers who don’t mind some darker themes and want those who
This was amazing. The plot, the relationship, the slow burn, the chemistry, the twist. Loved it
4yrs ago Irina was accepted into the university of Sydney and used this to escape a horrible home situation. Present time we meet Irina in a panic that her visas about to run out and her now ex has been pressuring her into marriage to stay. Irina makes the choice to risk it on her own rather than enter a toxic marriage. After a friend suggests making money posting sexual content on a popular app, Irina becomes an overnight viral sensation, boosting the apps numbers and landing her an invite to the owners celebration. One of the owners being Henry, takes an immediate interest in Irina during a background and tries to seek her out of the party.
Plot; I thought this was brilliant, a girl escaping a bad situation doesn’t want to be deported and enters into a contractual marriage for a visa only for them to fall for each other.
Twist; I did start getting suspicious of certain characters but was not expecting anything to that degree and had me hooked
Romance; I definitely felt the chemistry between Henry and Irina, so many small moments that are often overlooked really brought this two closer together
One part of my brain though was screaming because if Irina was so worried about being deported, why did she do so many dumb things, she constantly did things that drew attention to herself, she often went to her original residence, this made me question their friendship because why risk meeting at your known address? She also didn’t really push or offer to help Irina regarding deportation. Lucian also made so many good points about her recklessness and drawing attention which was met with childish behaviour
She is dealing with an immigration conundrum. He has a reasonable solution - Marriage. Simple right? No feelings, only 2 years of pretending and an amicable divorce once Ri can legally stay in the country.
Well... Let me tell you a little story about a billionaire app creator and an adult content creator who can't stop the sparks and deny the attraction between them. Instantly Ri brought the spice (not with mmc) and had my heart aching for her and her situation. You could feel her helplessness and desperation to stay in the country and not have to return to Romania. Desperate times call for desperate measures and for Ri that means creating adult content for the app Tickle. Little did she know making this content would bring her to Henry. I absolutely adored the meet cute between these two! Needing to escape the party, Henry discovers Ri in his yacht bedroom playing with cats who are not normally warming to strangers. From this moment I was hooked.... I loved every interaction between Ri had with Henry, including the banter, the moments of comfort, making and eating fairy-bread, the spice and the humour when Ri would incorrectly say an English phrase. So funny! My favourite part of this story? Henry!!!! Oh Henry! the endearing man that you are.... I couldn't have loved you more. This man is caring, romantic, protective, loyal and sweet. The amount of times Ri had this man blushing! So adorable. Henry our sweet soul is autistic and when he experienced an episode gosh I wanted to give that man a great big hug. But... Ri was right there offering exactly what he needed in that moment. In other words, these two are simply perfect for each other.
This book had me wanting to devouring all the words in one sitting, but also read it slowly because I didn't want their story to end. It was humorous, spicy, emotional, heartwarming, heart aching, a little angsty, drama filled, endearing, a little suspenseful and had a few little twists that had me shooketh. With some interesting side characters who need a HEA, I hope to see more of these characters in a future book.
5 Stars! Highly Recommend! Check the triggers if you need!
Irina has graduated from Sydney University and should be heading back home to Romania as her student visa has expired. This is the last thing she wants to do and would do just about anything to stay in Australia.
Her on again off again girlfriend suggests they get married, but she is controlling and Ri really doesn't want stay in a situation that isn't much better then home. She instead decides to stay illegally and earn money on a new adult only app called Tickle until she can figure out a more permanent solution.
She then finds herself at a party on the yacht of Tickles billionaire creator, Henry. A few days later, Henry wants to find out more about her so he does a little digging and discovers her immigration issue. Henry loves to fix problems, and this is one he can offer to fix with a marriage proposal.
It isn't long until sparks are flying, but it isn't all happily ever after as it isn't long until Irina's past catches up with her.
Tropes: -Slow burn -Marriage of convenience -Billionaire -Autism rep -rom-com with some suspense
The sparks in this book were electric! I loved there chemisty and the way Henry and Ri cared for each other. I have never read a more green flag couple then in this book and I absolutely loved it. The autism rep was done so well, perfect actually. Henry is just perfection. I loved the suspense sub-plot too, it really kept me guessing.
Your Only Fan is a spicy fake marriage romance that completely had my attention from the very first page.
I pre ordered this book and also signed up for the ARC because I already knew this was a story I wanted in my life. I am familiar with Layla Pine’s writing, and when I saw there was autistic representation, I was immediately all in.
What stood out to me most was how the neurodivergent representation was handled. It was shown through actions, interactions, and understanding, rather than being explicitly explained. Irina notices Henry’s differences and meets them with care and support rather than judgement or rejection, and that felt genuinely affirming and thoughtfully written.
While this is definitely a spicy romance, there is also a strong, layered plot running alongside it. I devoured this book and found it hard to put down. There is drama, family tension, betrayal, a cast of characters that add to the story, and an intensity that kept me emotionally invested the whole way through. What initially drew me in became something much deeper, and I was fully there for every moment.
This story is far more than just romance or spice on the page. It has substance, emotional weight, and characters I genuinely cared about. I really enjoyed my time with this book and am very glad I purchased it.
Although I received this book as an ARC, I also bought my own copy. This review reflects my honest thoughts and feelings, shared voluntarily.
Your Only Fan is a sharp, modern romance that balances tension, vulnerability, and online‑era intimacy without ever losing its footing.
Irina’s situation adds a layer of real‑world pressure that makes her choices feel grounded: her work visa has expired, she refuses to return to Romania, and becoming an adult content creator is less about shock value and more about survival.
That decision is what puts her on the radar of Henry — one of the creators of Tickle — and their dynamic builds from curiosity to something slow‑burn, protective, and emotionally intentional.
It’s steamy, emotional, and addictive in that way where you keep telling yourself “just one more chapter” and then suddenly it’s 2 a.m.
Tropes • Billionaire romance • Forbidden attraction • Grumpy/Sunshine • Workplace/industry entanglement • Protective hero • Immigrant heroine fighting for independence • Comic relief through pets
I loved how Layla used the TechRaker articles to inform us what was going on in Henry’s world and fairytale chapters to share Irina’s horrid past. Her past was truly awful and she had lost so much. It warmed my heart to see how she knew how to calm Henry when he was having a hard time because she had experience with her brother.
I will say that Lucian was my favourite character. He was so protective over Henry and had a such a soft spot for Liv. He even grew to have a soft spot for Irina, I enjoyed their banter so much. Henry was a sweetheart who deserved so much better than the hand he got dealt with all the terrible people in his life. Irina was truly good for him and he absolutely cherished her.
I thought the ending was going to go a different way but I liked the way everything concluded with Henry’s smarts. Stefan is also an interesting character and I’m hoping we get a book about him. I’d love to know more of his past from his point of view and see him get a happy ending.
- Marriage of convenience - Traumatic pasts - Rich, co-owner of adult content app, smart, autistic, cat dad MMC - Adult content creator, expired visa, pierced, headstrong, bisexual FMC - Secrets - FMC in danger
Your Only Fan is book 5 in the Aussie Cravings series, and it follows Irina a Romanian with an expired student visa and Henry the problem solver, who also happens to be a Billionaire App developer.
When Henry sets out to help Irina stay in Australia by offering to marry her, we begin to see the layers of each character unfold and the beauty of self-love and resilience shine.
I have been sitting on this review for a couple of days and that is only because I don't know how to express how much I love this book!
Firstly, the absolute heat and suspense in this book is delicious, it is steamy, and it is 🔥 I'm not normally a slow burn lover, but the anticipation had my feet kicking like a little school girl.
Secondly, the beautiful way Layla represented ASD was amazing. The love and admiration the characters had for each other was so well written. It felt realistic without being dramatic or over the top. Irina showed her love and care in ways that compliment Henry not overwhelm him. I also adored the cameos of previous characters who felt so familiar.
I honestly could not have loved this book more if I tried. It was everything I was hoping it would be and so much more.
There were just so many things to love about this book. Ri and Henry are just such a beautiful couple, green flags all round. The banter is so funny. The Aussie slang, sayings, settings and references are just spot on. The Autism rep is done so respectfully and lovingly. The spice is hotter than the sand on a 40+ degree day. Oh, and if you've ever wanted to learn how to swear in Romanian, then this book is right up your alley 🤣
This is the fifth book in the Aussie Cravings series but don't be alarmed, you don't have to have read the others in the series before reading this one (I haven't yet, but you can bet your ass I will be going back now).
So if you love...
🐱 billionaire romance 🐱 marriage of convenience 🐱 slow burn 🐱 idiots in love 🐱 cat daddy 🐱 adult content creator x app developer 🐱 yacht party meet cute 🐱 Autism rep 🐱 romcom with suspense vibes
...then this is absolutely the book for you.
I guarantee you will become a massive fan of Your Only Fan once you read this book.
I was so excited to get an eARC for this book from Layla after getting a little taste of Irina’s story in Singing my Tune.
Your Only Fan might now be tied for my favourite of the Aussie Cravings series (alongside Hating Dr Fox). Irina and Henry were both super likeable, and the chaos around them was the perfect mix of messy and fun. Who wouldn’t love a hot, nerdy billionaire with slutty little glasses who would do anything for you 👏🏼
SPOILERS AHEAD:
I really liked how Ri’s personal storyline unfolded, especially finally getting an explanation for why Ri was distancing herself from Kat to such an extreme level. I knew she had family and visa stuff going on, but a full drug and people-smuggling ring that she was trying to escape from?? Did not expect. I’m also glad her cousin got out, I was suspicious of him for a while, but I’m glad he turned out to be one person she could actually rely on.
Henry’s Hunger Games obsession also had me worried he’d go off the rails with baby names, so I’m glad we dodged that.
By the time I hit 85% I was genuinely worried about how everything would wrap up with so much happening, but it all came together in a way that felt really solid.
This book hooked me from the very first chapter. The chemistry between the leads is electric—Layla Pine definitely knows how to write a smut scene that hits all the right notes without sacrificing emotion or depth.
The FMC is a confident, sexy European woman with real fire in her veins, and the MMC’s quiet, devoted pining makes their dynamic even better. I loved how the story explores neurodiversity and PTSD with care, adding layers to the characters instead of using it as a plot device.
There are secrets, assumptions, and plenty of moments where you just want to shake them into communicating—but in the best, most deliciously angsty way. And honestly? It made me wish I had even a fraction of the confidence these characters radiate.
If you want a spicy read with heart, depth, and characters who feel real, Your Only Fan is absolutely worth it. 🔥💗📚
Your Only Fan is a spicy Aussie rom-com between Henry a gorgeous nerdy billionaire app developer and Irina a Romanian adult content creator who has outstayed her visa in Australia.
Henry and Irina meet when there’s a party on his yacht. He is intrigued by her and learns that her visa has expired. He offers to marry her to help her get her visa. Irina agrees, she is desperate to stay in Australia and scared that she’d be forced to return to her family in Romania.
Henry goes above and beyond to help Irina and her makes her feel safe. Irina recognizes his quirks as autism and helps him through some episodes.
What started as a marriage of convenience slowly turns into a marriage of understanding, caring, a safe haven and delicious spice.
Layla has outdone herself in writing these characters and this story. This is book 5 in the Aussie Cravings series and I swear each book just gets better and better!
I loved everything about this book. I knew I was going to love all things Irina after meeting her in the previous book. Irina is feisty, strong, independent, fierce and the queen of comebacks. Her incorrect Aussie sayings are hilarious. She wants everyone to think she good but underneath she has a heart of gold and just wants to be loved. Henry is "Mr Fix It". He wants to make Irina's world better. He wants to slay all her dragons and demons. Henry is loyal, sweet, kind, generous and a delectable nerd. He wants to feel normal, to be seen as a person and not as a person who has "something wrong with him". Their relationship is sweet and spicy. They navigate through the rocky path and find trust and love. Henry can talk dirty to me anytime!
I love the little moments that connect the other books and the cameos that appear.
- Slow Burn - Marriage Of Convenience - Billionaire MMC x Adult Content Creator MFC - Autism Rep - Bisexual Rep - Idiots In Love - Cat Daddy
Your Only Fan is book 5 of the Aussie Cravings interconnected standalone series. I absolutely loved Henry and Irina’s story. The characters grew throughout the book and we got to learn so much about them which gave this story lots of depth. They have an undeniable chemistry which we can see but takes them longer to accept. A great mixture of spice and banter that had me giggling at times. This story also had action & adventure, twists & turns, surprise baddies & loveable cats. I loved the cameo of Levi and Amanda from Strokes At Midnight (book 3) A fantastic romcom with a splash of suspense that has me craving Fairy Bread.
I loved Henry & Irina's love story, but more than that I loved the way that we got to know them both as individuals as the story evolved. Elements of their past and of their personalities were revealed to the reader gradually allowing us to understand how they each came to be the exact thing that the other needs to feel whole.
There was banter, and spice. Action and adventure with some unexpected surprise villains and language lessons that Duolingo could never compete with. I feel I now know all the truly important words in Romanian.
Some old favourite characters popped in, and I now have some brand new faves as well!
This book was everything I was hoping it would be.
I already loved Irina from the previous book, but I loved her even more in this one. She is so strong and fierce (and funny) - but like us all comes with her own set of insecurities.
Henry…. My man Henry. I have no words. He was honestly perfection (he’s a consent king!) As someone who has a son with Autism, it was so great to see it represented so well in this book.
The plot was phenomenal. The throw back chapters were heartbreaking!
But my favourite would have to be that final Tech breaker article. IYKYK 🤣
Highly highly recommend! I think this book has gone up to second place in the Aussie cravings series- right behind Levi who will remain my number one 😍
Your Only Fan is a billionaire, fake marriage Romance book that had me gripped from the start!
The FMC Irina is a cheeky Romanian who gives back what she takes 10 fold! Fiery and not afraid to speak her mind she had me cracking up!
Henry our MMC is the perfect hot nerd who might I mention is a cat dad who adores his fur babies!!
The chemistry and banter in this book was amazing and I loved how patient and understanding both Henry and Irina were for each other!
There were so many little details that had you wondering who was going to do what, or if this person was truely who you think they are and I loved it!
I’d also love to mention that has someone who works first hand with those who live with Autism (Henry is Autistic) the representation in this was amazing and it made my heart swell with happiness!
Thank You, Layla for the opportunity to ARC read this!!
Your Only Fan is a contemporary romance that packs an emotional punch while still feeling light and fun. It blends meaningful backstories with sizzling chemistry and a heart-warming connection between Irina, a Romanian swimmer out staying her visa, and Henry, a brilliant tech billionaire.
This book works well as a standalone, even though it’s part of a series. I hadn’t read any of the previous books and never felt lost, though I did notice recurring characters and storylines that seem to be explored more deeply elsewhere in the series.
Overall, I really enjoyed the well-written characters, especially Henry. His portrayal as someone on the spectrum was handled with honesty and care, and he was such a sweet MMC, which I truly appreciated.
Thankyou Layla I thoroughly loved this book, very captivating from start to finish and loved the "Fairytale" chapters that connected Irina's past to her present day.
The plot intoduces Irina Rusnac a strong swimmer studying a Sports Science Degree. Now Irina's visa is running out and she does not want to go back home to Romania. Enter Henry Baxter a sweet Billonaire software engineer (Founder of Tickle) who takes a shine to Irina.
Now no more plot spoilers but the plot will cover some subjects such as Hidden Past Secrets, Mafia involvement and mental health issues, not to mention 2 very adorable Felines Trinket and Abernathy that are adorable. A long read at 619 pages but I can truly say you will love every minute of it and the story draws you and you won't put it down ❤️

Billionaire tech developer + adult content creator = one hell of a match
Is it a marriage of convenience? Yes. Do they barely know each other? Again, Yes. Do they have secrets that could ruin everything? Maybe... You will have to read Your Only Fan to find out.
Your Only Fan has so many of my favourite tropes but the thing that really stood out for me and made Your Only Fans my number 1 favourite read of 2025 was the autism representation. Henry really spoke to me as a character and the connection he and Irina have is inspiring.
One of my favourite quotes: "Years of learning the hard way had taught me that inside-thoughts—no matter how honest—were sometimes better off staying inside."
Love! A fun story with likable MCs. The MMC, Henry has autism and its very well portrayed, I was right there with him during the party, wanting to avoid everyone and everything and faking it because you're expected to be pleasant. The FMC, Ri is great, balls to wall, and not shy about coming forward. The little plot twists along the way were really good, the second had my flabbers gasted! The only things I didn't like was the nickname "Hubby" and the last little "surprise reveal", but they're just my preferences not a reflection on the writing or the story at all.
Layla Pine has become an auto buy author for me. She deserves more recognition!
From the very first page, Irina and Henry captured my heart! This book is the ultimate summer escape, brimming with romance, intrigue, and a dash of the Romanian Mafia. And let’s not forget the adorable cats that steal every scene!
Their love story is an enchanting blend of trauma and stability, while Layla’s magical storytelling makes you feel every emotion right along with them. With playful banter, sizzling spice, and thrilling surprises, it’s an adventure you won’t want to miss. If this isn’t on your TBR yet, add it now; YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO! 🥵
