This is the second series I've started reading from this author, While the story lines are good, each book had either too many typos, missing words, incorrect words, and inconsistent descriptions. I gave 4 stars throughout a different series but cannot ignore the lack of proofreading anymore. Its sloppy work.

The first book in the Bel rose Black Ops series by Blue Thorne and once again she did not disappoint. I read this book in one sitting. I just kept turning the pages to see what happened next. As always the world building is captivating and brilliant. The characters are well developed, engaging, and feel like real people. I absolutely enjoyed reading this book and recommend reading it!

Black-ops Wolf shifter second chance romance
The start of another great slow build black-ops shifter/witch hybrid romance with great chemistry between the main characters, black ops, danger, forced proximity, second chances, light banter and a great HEA. A great page turner, I couldn't put it down.
When Brandon and his team realise that a group of killers they've been tracking are planning on setting up a home base they know they have to go to investigate and stop them. The main problem is that it's his and Kaleb's home town, and neither have been back since they left.
Jade is half wolf, half witch and has worked hard to keep her little girl safe. But when her brother and his best friend come back she feels his rejection again, even when he announces that he's taking a mate and she's offered as the bride.
Being close together again, neither can deny the attraction they both still feel. But with his reason being home a secret, can he keep Jade and her little girl safe?
