Intoxicated : Late Nights & Early Mornings
Kelise Brewster is surviving. Grief has been a recurring theme in her life and she finds it impossible to trust anyone enough to pull her into a happy space. Bonds can be misleading because they never seem to last forever.
Giovanni Hicks and Kelise share something in common, Grief, but instead of allowing grief to consume him, Giovanni is hopeful that the perfect situation exist but on his terms. He is more than willing to give happiness a chance but only when it comes to a physical connection.
Broken souls have the ability to heal, but only if both parties are willing to accept that healing is possible. Sometimes you have to let go in order to find your footing but with Giovanni and Kelise letting go isn’t as easy as it seems.

4.5⭐️ The story was super easy to read and sweet. Gio and Kelise were a little rocky at the beginning but a little surprise brought them back together. I loved Gio making amends with his father. I enjoyed it.

What an intoxicating story! For this book to be only 89 pages it felt like I was reading a full novel. This short was a complete story. Instant love. Emotional. Healing families and pieces of the characters. Wow. all this in 89 pages. I’m blown away. Giovanni and Kelise. They were vulnerable and deserved love and family.

A quick novella with just the right amount of spice.
A one night stand that turns in your forever love
Gio and Kelise had instant chemistry. Gio who owns his own distillery wants to sale his liquor in Kelise’s bar Brewsters. Kelises grandfather left her his bar Brewsters after his passing and when our boy Gio pays her visit a game of pool at her bar turns into a night of Passion.
That night of passion turns into a lot more. For this to be a novella it was filled with spice, and a bit of drama and the right amount of I love you.

WHEW CHILE!!!!!
T’Lyn never disappoints!!! I’m not gone lie, at first I didn’t like Gio which is rare being that he’s a main character. I just didn’t like how he did my girl not once but twice! But he made it up at the end.
This short story was full of misunderstandings and prideful moments along with breakthroughs and love. I loved everything about it.

I love when love finds people who need each other but weren’t look. Giovanni and Kelise were just what each other needed. Man they both were grieving some heavy losses. Kelise had a slick mouth, and Giovanni was all confidence, and swag. Their chemistry was 🔥. I enjoyed this one so much 🥰😍❤️🫶🏾

A pretty good tale. The authors writing style took a minute to adjust to, with her constantly saying she said, or he said every few sentences. The ending was quick too. Overall, the story was okay.

Hmmm 🤔, a vivid imagination & lots of creative & artistic liberties from bars to baby’s🤭‼️Nevertheless, “Intoxicated (Late Nights & Early Mornings - Book 3” was an entertaining read. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the opportunity to know, connect & vibe with Kelise & Giovanni as a couple. However, I did appreciate Giovanni defending Kelise’s honor, reputation & business. In an instant he became a superhero 🦸🏽 to Superman 🤩🤭‼️…oh, game recognized game🫣 😬👀and Gion, acclimated quickly & became PopPop. …an instantaneous transformation 🤷🏾♀️‼️ Much respect ✊🏾. Ms. T’Lyn redeemed herself earned a better review with an adorable ending too😍. “For the first time in my life, I felt complete.”🥹‼️

Giovanni came across as arrogant. They played a drinking game had sex then ghosted her. Sent Kelise some flowers and the card said had a good good time let's keep it professional. Essence kept saying she should call or text him. Giovanni always showed up at the right time. It was important for Kelise to except the dinner invitation between Giovanni and his father so they can clear the air and to get a better understanding of each other. I feel like Kelise was the Giovanni and his father. Now they are family.

Loved This
I’ve read a lot of Novellas before and a lot of them left me feeling like the story was rushed or incomplete. This story was just the opposite. In 89 pages this author was able to tell a love story end even included brief backgrounds on why the characters were the way they were. And even though I’d love to read more about the characters in this story I feel like their story was told in a way I’m left satisfied with how it ended.

Intoxicated is a fitting title for these two
Kelise and Gio’s story wasn’t unlike many other romance stories, however, T’Lyn’s writing style made this a winner for me! The characters had flaws like anyone else and were characters you want to root for. Happy Kelise gained a family of her own in the end with Gio.

Cute!
Now….when I stared I didn’t know where this story was going. I just knew it was a short story. However short and sweet. Giovanni and Kelise were the typical mismatch but couldn’t get enough of one another after bar closing. Hmm go figure.

This book was good. I like how the story flowed. Kelise was not giving Giovanni the time of day at first. He shaded her after sleeping with her. Glad everything worked out with them.

This was really good and I enjoyed how the story developed. Giovanni and Kelise needed one another to heal as well as grow. Love doesn’t have a time limit on when it should but as long as it’s real that’s all that matters!!!! Beautiful read ❤️

Refreshing
For a short story this gave me everything I could have wanted in a Novella. I say it’s refreshing because it didn’t leave me feeling I missed something or that something was left out. That has happened to me a few time with no Explanation and I tend to stay away from the novellas. This was not the case with this book Thank you ☺️

Giovanni and Kelise both suffered a lot of pain from loss they experienced. Both had their own reasons for not wanting to give their heart to the other. Their two careless nights changed everything for them when they found out they would be parents. Great read

So sweet.
This was a very short and sweet story. Giovanni and Kelise had a few bumps in the beginning. Giovanni finally got his self together and Kelise let her guard down and realized they loved each other. Very well written.

Gio and Kelise was a fun, quick read. I like the quickness of chemistry they both had. Did not like Gio trying to play in my girls face, tho. Essence and her no nonsense ways and telling her friend like it is. The ending was cute.
