This book gives great advice on not letting things get to us. The author provides tips on how to handle situations where we feel we have been criticized, we take a conversation or situation personally, and handling stress. The author also provides on changing our perspectives, not reacting to situations or conversations, and maintaining calm in our lives. This would be a good reference book for any library.
