Lacking in detail but good as an introduction to the Dash diet.

This book is not for me. I was looking for more information that I could apply. The book has lists of menus that I feel are something I would not use.

Awesome

Very informative, easy to understand, easy reading, simple to follow, nice diagrams, good reading, educational if just starting out, or needed a review

Great for beginners!

As the title indicates, I expected this to be a quick read explaining the DASH diet. I was not disappointed. This book was concise, informative, and interesting. I'm convinced this diet would help control both my weight and blood pressure.

Good beginner book

Very easy to follow. I especially appreciated the food lists. It makes it so much easier to shop! Will also try the recipes and look into the accompanying recipe book.
