After all, nothing is more dangerous to a corrupt system than an example of how true power should look.
For that reason, my enemies multiply with each passing day. Prince Terekhov uses his own people as test subjects in his monstrous experiments in search of forbidden power. Prince Veratine thirsts for blood after I dared to challenge the established order. Countess Belozyorova, maddened by her thirst for revenge, is prepared to burn everything she has to the ground in order to ensure my death.
But I will not hide behind the village walls. With my elite squad, I will storm enemy strongholds and free the captives. From scattered villages, I will create a single fortress. From an ancient artifact, I will craft an impenetrable shield. Every free magician and scholar will become my ally. Every victory will strengthen the people's faith in me.
The degenerate aristocracy thinks it’s me they’re fighting. But they’re missing the main they're fighting against a future where strength serves to protect the weak, not to oppress them. And I will build this future, even if I have to fight the entire world for it.

Amazing book has always five stars
I'm really enjoying the direction the book is taking a lot of the the world being building aspect of this series really enjoy and competent attitude of the MC and we'll continue to follow the series one of my best ones top 5

The series continues to be entertaining and a joy to read. The authors
have been able to add scenarios that are well thought out that will make you stay up late reading.

intriguing developments
Lots of action dealing with a nest of nasty politicians with more power than our hero, while he increases the power of his village. Great read.

Sadly, i didn't enjoy this book. The villains are too monstrous, the Mc too domineering,the plot progresses too convenient for the mc,the constant total innovative use of magic unbelievable and the side characters too shallow and ready to help the mc for my taste. I also had problems with several timelines (how is the mc supposed to have spentyears to fortify the settlement? The raven is gone for weeks? They spend a month relocating despite the threat?)

action packed
A little predictable. Battles, MC making weapons with his talent. One enemy is put out of commission. Hopefully the next book will be more interesting. There was a lot of battle scenes in this one. Too little plot.
