Sometimes, you need monsters to fight monsters. The dragon running around central London’s jungle might have been slain, but now that Thomas has demonstrated his power, he’s beginning to attract the wrong kind of attention.
International attention.
Hostile nations seek to claim his power for themselves, while former allies consider destroying him before their enemies can use his dungeon to become unbeatable. Yet one and all, their encroachment is unwelcome.
Day by day, Thomas is growing stronger, turning a World War II-era warship into a mobile base. He’s creating unholy abominations combining the most lethal hunters of eons past and forging Cheshire into an even more menacing murder machine.
As the strongest monsters on the planet rouse themselves to action, turning their indecision into ambition and hunger, the countdown to the next stage of the merge is steadily ticking closer to zero.
Can a lone dungeon core prevent the planet from falling to the beasts?
Daedalus, the once human turned into a dungeon core was ever growing stronger, allying with the british forces and making deals which would benefit both sides with them, however foreign countries were also showing an interest in the only dungeon left on earth. She longed to be able to live a peaceful life, free from battling monsters even though she enjoyed the excitiment and the adrenaline boost she wwas experiencing at the moment. An atttempt had been made on Daedalus life and it seems that in book 4 we will be finding out who had made this attempt, so onward to book 4 of this very exciting dungeon core, LitRPG series.
Title: Who knew museums featured so much action? Content Ratings: Language – R; Violence – PG13; Other – PG13
Not much to say here. The standard has been set, both by earlier books in this series and by the author's other series, and the standard is met. An enjoyable read with plenty of action and creative exploration of the "system". Everything you need to know about whether you want to read this is learned by reading the previous books. If you want more, this is it (in a good way). The scope is expanding, and we definitely see threads (and some cliff hanging) leading to the next book.
Guy transformed into a dungeon core with a museum theme continues to grow in power. He learns of an incoming wave of transformations and how to stop it. He makes a deal with people to conquer four more transformation zones. He spends months upgrading while the task force grinds levels. Every one powers through and bests the BBEG.
I feel bad for the dungeon’s fairy.
A fun read. Steady pace, builds on previous installments. Some world building, but it’s more sketch lines that fully fleshed and explained additions. Interesting world. Please enjoy
