A short, hot and sexy read with married couple Julie and William, and her college friend Adam. Plenty of new experiences for them all.

'Butterflies swirl in my stomach and I’m confused at what I’m feeling. William slyly checks out Adam again and my uncertainty turns into desire. Okay, this is a new experience. I didn’t know I’d find it hot watching my husband eye another guy– especially when that guy is someone I used to have a huge crush on.
I notice every reaction William has towards Adam. I cross and uncross my legs under the table, trying to ignore the ache building between them.'

I loved this book. It was such a fun and very sexy romance. I loved Julie, her husband William, and her college crush Adam. I loved that the attraction between the two men was there from the first meeting two. William got so nervous and Julie was surprised- and then very turned on- by his reactions to Adam. Even speaking up for him- silently understanding when he needed her to.

I loved the bond between the two of them and their trust in each other. How she supported and encouraged him. I loved the way the author built up the tension and desire in that scene- more so without words than with them. I loved William's first experiences with Adam. They were sexy as heck! And I liked getting each character's emotion connection to what was happening in their respective chapters. I was completely and utterly hooked. 5 stars

When Julie takes husband William to meet with her college crush, Adam, three lives are changed in ways none ever suspected.

I’m glad to see more authors writing stories involving bicurious husbands, and Ms. Rivers wrote a good one. I’ve read several other “swords will cross” stories, but what really stood out to me about Lola’s story is the love and encouragement that Julie gives William as he explores uncharted territory with Adam—a truly supportive spouse. It added depth to both characters and their relationship. The exploring Julie does with Adam is plenty hot, too, as she makes up for past opportunities missed.

The writing is solid as it’s told from all three perspectives. There’s a nice buildup to the action, and once things get rolling—yeow! The ending is very satisfying and left me feeling good as this triad face their future together.

Lola Rivers is a new author to me, and her writing did not disappoint. I’ll be checking out more of her stories for my TBR list soon.

This was another great book from Lola Rivers. Julie and William are a married couple meeting up with Julie’s college crush, Adam. The three soon embark on a passionate relationship. Once again the author takes what could be just a smutty story and gives it life. The characters are all well written and there is a great deal of emotion involved. Yes, there are a lot of spicy scenes. But underneath are three people opening themselves to love. And I really appreciate how the author writes the married couples in her books. Their relationships are always healthy and well-balanced. This story is a fun, sexy and low angst read.

Julie and her husband William go to have drinks with Adam, Julie's college crush. Julie notices Adam and William eyeing each other. Among the conversations they have, it comes out that Adam is pansexual and Julie and William have considered another partner. They all end up at Adam’s hotel for some exploration. Turns out it wasn't just a hookup, and all three felt their time together was something stronger. They decide to have Adam come back to town to see where this leads.
