What this sort of project always does is draw attention to just how good PGW was.
Honourable mentions to Finnemore and Titchmarsh (the latter surprisingly).
Roddy Doyle also a good one.
No names but 1) Jeeves is a valet. He is not Bertie's butler. He has butled (for Aunt Dahlia I believe on one occasion), but too many of the authors reveal they didn't do enough homework. Doyle is excepted as the voice calling him a butler wouldn't know better. 2) Jeeves/Wooster has been done. It isn't massively original or edgy.
Marvellous collection, with J&W reimagined in multiple contexts and forms (an AI assistant as well!). The writers pay due respect while letting their own creative impulses sing. May there be many more such endeavours.
