I saved up since April to buy this deluxe edition🥰😍

It finally arrived today, and can I say... Best buy for the year (for me).🤩

-Innerchangeable cover which folds out into the scene on Mustafar.
-Black sprayed edges with the quote in red: The Greatest of the Jedi; The Greatest of the Sith.
-Ribbon marker.
-Darth Vader is foiled in red into the cloth when the cover is removed.
-Annotations from Matthew Stover

The US deluxe edition has the most iconic quote of the novel, and Mustafar is the cover with a 'transparent' Darth Vader, which you can remove while reading.

Maybe I'll get the US edition too😅🤣🤣

This still remains my favourite Star Wars novel in the universe.

This is the best Star Wars story of the best of all the Star Wars films ever. An anniversary special edition of a book that has been on my shelves for many years.

This special edition with its authors notes written throughout the book has been an excellent excuse to re-read the story of the film. By knowing how and why the author wrote those scenes make it more interesting and gives you a different perspective on the story.

Brilliantly written making me literally want to shout at Anakin and tell him not to be stupid and fall for Palpatine’s evil ways. Unfortunately yet again he finally weakens and turns to the dark side leading to Order 66 and the end of the Jedi as we knew them.

This is the type of book I have to concentrate 100% on as not all of it is an easy read, however as a lifelong Star Wars Fan it is well worth it.

Have I listened to this book 3 times in as many years?

Am I sad I never read this absolute masterpiece sooner?

Have I enjoyed this novel more and more each time I've read it?

Did i ask specifically for this new edition of the book for Christmas because it's my all-time favourite Star Wars novel in the vast collection of Star Wars novels i have ever read?

Yes, Yes, Yes and Yes again!

I’m not sure how I’ve read this sooner considering Revenge of the Sith is probably my favourite film ever. The book just takes the whole film to another level. The depth and insight you get into the characters from the film is amazing. Also, the anniversary edition is beautiful and is going to be a centre piece of my future bookshelf when I finally get a house 😂. If you love Star Wars, this is a must read. I am also fully aware that my love for Star Wars and this film in particular probably make this review very biased but I don’t care!
