I am so thankful that Elaine has written this book! With courageous vulnerability she shares the difficult story of her own journey through the “goo” and shines a light of hope for anyone who finds themselves facing an ending or transition that feels impossible. I needed this book!

Not only does Elaine own her shit, but she gives her readers the tools to name losses, access joy, and embrace new life.
