Rate this book
Your lifespan isn’t fate. It’s control.

In a future where genetic engineering determines how long you live, Evergreen Mason is one of the privileged few. With a guaranteed long life, access to elite education, and a high-ranking position in biomedical research, her path is clear, until she uncovers a government conspiracy that reveals the truth about lifespan control.

Imprisoned instead of executed, Evergreen is forced to develop a virus to suppress the growing number of genetic mutants who resist their programmed death dates. But when she finds a familiar test subject, a girl she believed dead, she begins to question her role in the machine.

Now she must Stay useful and stay alive, or fight back and risk everything.

Fans of dystopian science fiction, genetic engineering thrillers, and fast-paced rebellion stories will be drawn into Club Virus, the second book in the gripping Hourglass series. Perfect for readers who enjoy medical dystopias, conspiracy-driven sci-fi, and strong female protagonists questioning the system.

Absolutely loved this book! I feel that the thriller aspect of this book properly comes to life in this book compared to the first, and I just could not put this book down.
