Look for Clues as the Plot Thickens...
It’s a good thing there’s a PI at the party because they’re sure going to need one. It’s New Years Eve and what was a fun, lively party has turned into a nightmare.
The sabotage continues and gets worse. Nanny Cams are hidden in guest rooms… pictures posted on Instagram…law suits threatened… Whoever is behind this sure knew what they were doing and somehow had access to the Lodge.
Who to trust? It sounds like an inside job, but who and why? I kept turning page after page trying to find answers and was able to pick up a couple good clues.
Is there more to this than meets the eye? Could Aunt Lori have been playing matchmaker wanting Kate and Hunter together, while others are usurping the will allowing greed and jealousy overtake?
Just who has the most to gain if the Lodge doesn’t meet the quota demanded in Aunt Lori’s will? And by any chance is there another section in the will that was to remain unread until later? Why did Aunt Lori appoint Farrah overseer knowing her background with Hunter? Hmmm…
Little by little the puzzle pieces are coming together.

Kate and Hunter are getting ready for the New Years party at the lodge in order to get more bookings to fill the quota expected in the will. Kate doesn't like it at all that Farrah is involved with the planning of the party. She seems to be interfering in some parts of it. She got involved in the catering aspect and Kate didn't care for this at all. After the reading of the cards and Hunter and Kate are outside by the fire pit talking Maya an employee comes running out to get them because of the chaos going on inside. There was evidently a post online that the inn had been spying on guests and a guest actually found a teddy bear in her room that was built with a cam inside. The house keeper said that they were in all the rooms when she started working as a house keeper at the lodge. Kate had no idea of this and no idea how the bears got there, All of the guests left and party goers as well. It is hard to say how this will turn out, they will probably not be able to come back from this loss. I can't wait to read the final book to see how this story ends! Great writing Sage!.

Well Sage Parker just keeps us on our toes with this series. As soon as I think I know who’s behind all the things causing Kate and Hunter so many disasters with the lodge, then something different happens! The deeper I get into this series, the more anxious I get to see how this is going to turn out. Who can they trust? What is going to happen next? I am pretty sure the romance that is blossoming may last, but not sure about much else . One more book in series and we should be getting all the answers!!.

This is the 5th book in this series and in a way the books are interconnected, so you can benefit from reading previous books to get a better understanding of the plot

In this part, there are still doubts and mistrust, but there also are more signs and implications of warm, sweet feelings between the MCs.
Bad things are piling up, and there's no clue who's doing it—only some guessing. In the end, the biggest, most serious disaster happens, and I have no idea how they'll get out of this last mess except by finding the culprit. Would that be enough to restore their reputation?

Those involved in causing havoc at the Inn and interfering with Kate and Hunter meeting the demands of Kate's aunt's will are pushing it. The damage and hurt being caused to Kate and Hunter are unfathomable. The mystery as to who is willing to go so far to take the Inn away from the most deserving people is totally sad. Lori will be turning in her grave if she knew what is going on. I cannot wait for the individual(s) to get what they deserve for putting Kate and Hunter as well as the employees and guest of the Inn in such turmoil!.

Saving The Lodge by Sage Parker book five is the most twisty suspenseful jaw dropping on so far in this series. Kate and Hunter seem to be on a path to achieving what they hope to get done. That looked so promising until the jaw dropping events at the lodge the night of the party.

Saving the Lodge, Book 5, finds Kate acting cool to Hunter after learning about the IP address from Farrah. The New Year's Eve party at the lodge brings Kate and Hunter's relationship closer until someone sabotages it in the worst way. This book ends in a jaw dropping cliffhanger which leads to the final book in this excellent series.

Sage Parker is a fave author for me. I can honestly say that she never misses when I need closed door, feel good stories with a bit of mystery to them.

Just as things were starting to look up with regards to the quota for the lodge, it all comes crashing down in such an unexpected way. I’m on pins and needles waiting for the next book so I can have a resolution to this mess. Another page turner by Parker Sage.

The drama continues with the lead characters working together and uncovering some answers to some secrets that appear. But also working together and fighting a romance. There's a strong pull between the two of them. Can't wait to read more! The ending is going to be unexpected for sure.

Little Mysterious
Loving this series. A little bit mysterious. Someone is trying to find a way for Kate and Hunter to lose the lodge and only one person comes to mind. Just have to wait to see who is behind it all, one guess though (Farrah). One more book to get all the answers. Hunter and Kate is still holding on

This book just blew up the roof! A carefully planned New Year’s Eve party going so well …. No idea what’s going to happen now. This came out of left field. Can’t wait to wrap things up with Book 6.

This was a sweet, low-stress read that fit the cozy tone of the series. I enjoyed it enough at the time, but it didn’t make me feel connected enough to want to revisit it.
