Strings of polo ponies, black-tie galas, too much money…what could go wrong?

Timothy Babcock is an international playboy, an expert at Washington politics, and a man totally without morals. For him, it’s not about how much money he can acquire; he already has more than he could ever spend. No, Timothy likes the thrill of the hunt. Is there someone left he can rip off? You know; just for the adrenaline rush?

When he gets some (highly illegal) insider scoop on a pending patent, Timothy is all over it. He’s going to capitalize on what he shouldn’t know, come hell or high water. Now—who to draw into his web of larcenous deceit?

Francesca Robinson, known to all as Frank, has worked at Montana’s Circle B Ranch all her life. She never thought of herself as a thief, but when Timothy Babcock arrives and promises to make her secret wish come true, she finds the line alarmingly easy to cross. From ranch hand to heiress over the course of one muddy, sloppy springtime? Well, what wouldn’t she do to fulfill the longing?

But Timothy is used to polo ponies, and Frank has never been to a black-tie gala. How are two people with absolutely nothing in common going to work together to pull this off? And can they turn into the good guys by the end? Book four of the Bad-Attitude Billionaires, TIMOTHY is the spicy, laugh-out-loud sequel to QUINN, REGINA, and SUZANNE.

Pru Warren (who is writing this in the third person as if simply too modest to toot her own horn) bores easily and thus has been a daydreamer since roughly the Bronze Age.

She is addicted to writing romcoms because in a novel, you can make things come out the right way. Life and karma really ought to take note. There are better solutions to these pesky daily annoyances!

Besides her in-the-laptop god complex, Pru laughs often and easily, loathes cooking, and plays way too much solitaire. She’s plotting world domination even as you read this, as long as she doesn’t have to wake up too early to accomplish it.

This is the fourth in this series, and the first story featuring one of the men in Tabby's portfolio.

Timothy is the family's lobbyist, spending a large amount of time in the cess pool that is Washington DC. He excels at getting what he wants, sometimes with questionable ethical results.
He is on the hunt for a specific item, and his best friend Vaughn suggests a business meeting with "Frank", as a solution.

As with every other Babcock in this series so far, Timothy comes by his "throw enough money at a problem and you'll win" attitude honestly. But this time around, he has underestimated Frank's determination to save the Circle B ranch. She's not entertaining his suave, playboy behavior and is very suspicious about his true intentions for her favorite place on earth.

It was so enjoyable to drop back into this series and follow the characters I adore. Seeing the way Ursula and Hildy pulled Frank into the decadent world they own was super entertaining, and I enjoyed how all the Babcock women support eachother.

The pages turned themselves as Frank and Timothy spent time in Montana, roughing it on her family’s land. She is a strong, capable woman and I enjoyed seeing the chemistry and respect between them blossom, and Timothy's shift in thinking.

While this didn't end exactly as the others have, I was very happy with how this wrapped up. I'm sure we'll see more pieces of this couple's HEA and relationship in Ursula's story. Can't wait!!

I really love these characters and this storyline, and recommend it highly.

Please read this series in order for the best experience.

I adore this book! It has a different 'feel' to others in the series, having taken the main action away from the big city and out into the wilds. The descriptions of landscape capture the gradeur of vaster, chalkenging, beautiful horizons, and I found myself loving sharing this journey and adventure, with Frank, Timothy, Swan, Whistler😍, Clop, and Daisy, with a huge amount of pleasure. There is fun, a serious streak regarding the preservation startlingly beautiful wild places, the almighty Babcocks in all their glory, and a central, slow evolving love story. Timothy and Frank make great central characters in this story. Timothy has made his presence known, albeit fleetingly, in previous books, and it's been a blast getting to know this strong minded, determined, fearless man as he meets a woman who matches him in those characteristics. The writing is bright, lively, and just plain excellent. It is a wonderful example of true storytelling, something I value highly. Fabulous 💖💖💖💖💖

Timothy is part of the next generation of young adults running the huge and successful Babcock corporation. He is good looking, cocky, and overly self-assured, but has no morals. Acting on inside information, he decides to explore a huge ranch in Montana, taking samples along the way to test for Molybdenum. Rumor has it that the ranch is full of the element and the ranch may very well be for sale.

His guide on the series of horseback tours is Francesca, known as Frank. Frank and Timothy do not get along and his cocky manner really rubs her the wrong way. For their first outing, she sticks to the letter of the agreement and he finds that he doesn't have all that he needs. Their relationship doesn't get better.

By the 3rd trip to the wilderness, he's absorbed a lot of good information and they start to become friends. She hates that his plan for the ranchland will destroy the land and the incomparable view. But she sticks with their agreement. Until a near disaster changes their relationship.

Then she finds out something that reinforces she's known all along.

This is a very enjoyable story, and the reader can learn a lot about the wilderness and trekking by horseback. The evolution of the two main characters is fun to see. The sex scenes are hot and the reader really feels for Frank. I'm enjoying this series, "Bad Attitude Billionaires," although Timothy is the first one who is a real jerk for a lot of the book.

Thanks to Pru Warren for an early version of the e-book.

Another Babcock down! Timothy was an an enjoyable read. The spoiled Babcock boy who always felt in competition with his cousins finally gets taken down by gorgeous but lower class Frank. Frank is a representation of everyone people and is willing to do what she can to save the land her surrogate father loved and valued. If that means being a guide for a pompous billionaire, then that is what she will do. Frank never expected to be pulled in the Babcock fold/Portfolio and to fall for Timothy. Throughout the story, we get glimpses of Timothy's growth, but it takes an eye opening slap-down from Frank (and others) for him to really self reflect and become the man that Frank deserves. This is a fun story. Cannot wait for the next Babcock story.

This is the third standalone, HEA entry in The Bad-Attitude Billionaires series and it's time for Timothy to get his story. In starting to read this book I found myself really not liking Timothy, which is unusual for me when it comes to the characters from this author. I found him to be an entitled prat. However, the more I read the more his redeeming qualities made themselves known, although he still had a few bumpy moments.

This is a wonderful story that shows that insecurity isn't limited to a particular 'type' of person. Great read.

I do love it when a playboy gets his comeuppance at the hands of his lady love. I particularly enjoy witnessing a morally grey character having his face rubbed in idealistic clean ethics and figuring out how to deal with them (and the inconvenient feelings that go with them). I swear that I do not like pulling wings off flies - it just seems that way since I am enjoying Timothy's suffering. Go, Frank, go!

I received an ARC from the author and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

Morally grey billionaire, opposites attract, rom com worthy of nose snorts... with hot spice!

This is not the first book in the series, but it can be read as a complete stand-alone. However I think you will get more out of it if you have read the other books as you have met some of the characters before. But don’t let that deter you. This can be a stand-alone. But it will make you want to read all the other books!

Excellent!

Well played. Until this book I had disliked Timothy when he appeared in some of the other books in this series. But he came through at the end. Frank and Timothy’s story was really great and the nicknames that Timothy and Vaughn have for each other are so funny and juvenile!
