I listened to the audiobook and there are a few parts that I want to listen to again and make notes for myself because it gave me insight into what I want or need to do for myself or my child to be more regulated. Loads of tips along with the author's experience. Marsh manages to talk about her experiences without being overly positive or strongly negative which is a huge plus for me. Her induction story sparked an emotional response because in part it was similar to my own and I admire her for being middle-grounded on inductions.
