Jaymin Snow was born and raised in a small town in Villa Park where she was homeschooled through high school. She writes paranormal and fantasy romance stories full of feisty heroines, unforgettable heroes. She has a husband, three young daughters, and a lovely dog.
Jaymin Snow’s Captured by My Fierce Alpha proves that sometimes love doesn’t simply bloom—it survives, sulks, storms off for a few centuries, and then returns with a dramatic flourish. And honestly? I respect the commitment.
This installment centers on Daciana and Kieran, two characters whose connection has clearly been simmering for a very long time. Their story unfolds a little differently from previous couples in the series, leaning more into history, emotional baggage, and the slow realization that fate has been nudging them together for far longer than either would care to admit.
I’ll confess: at first, the chemistry didn’t hit me with quite the same electric jolt that Seth and Selene delivered earlier in the series. Their dynamic builds more gradually, and the opening chapters take their time setting the emotional stage. But somewhere along the way, almost sneakily, both Kieran and Daciana became incredibly easy to root for. By the time the story finds its rhythm, you’re firmly invested in seeing these two stubborn souls finally figure things out.
Plot-wise, the book is… busy. There’s a lot happening—alliances shifting, tensions rising, and multiple threads weaving in and out of the narrative. At times it feels a little chaotic, like trying to follow three conversations at once in a particularly lively room. Strangely enough, though, that whirlwind energy also keeps the pace moving quickly. There’s always something unfolding, some new complication or revelation nudging the story forward.
And let’s not ignore the romantic heat, because Jaymin Snow certainly doesn’t. When the emotional walls finally start coming down, the sparks are very much worth the wait. Let’s just say the intensity level rises appropriately for a story involving a fiercely protective alpha and a heroine who is more than capable of matching him step for step.
Despite the occasional narrative tangle, everything comes together rather neatly in the end. The resolution arrives quickly but satisfyingly, giving Daciana and Kieran the hard-earned peace—and delightful chaos—that their long journey deserved.
In the end, Captured by My Fierce Alpha may not be the most straightforward ride in the series, but it’s still an entertaining one: centuries-old tension, two compelling characters, a dash of supernatural drama, and just enough fire to keep things very interesting.
this one was my least favorite ..but it's only a me thing..I love this authors books..The storyline was great different from the rest...What I mean about it's a me thing..is I don't like reincarnation in any books... I've read a few even with vampires..& the guy is never celibate in those books...and I get it..like who's gonna not have sex for years...and years..but there's a part of me that's like..but u know u have a mate...u know she's gonna be reincarnated...like use ur hand lol.. don't u feel horrible bedding other women? even if u can't be with her...isn't there guilt? but again that's only a me thing lol. the story was still great..usually I avoid books like this..but bcuz I like this author I read it anyways & loved it. this story had the best epilogue...most epilogues end in a big orgy with her men...or sex with her man...& I'm bored of those kind of epilogues...this was perfect it had the kids meeting her best friends kids..I love how over protective Lucien was off his daughter.. I laughed at those parts... I wonder if we will get a story of their kids cuz that was cuteeee...I wonder if the two kids end up being mates to eachother. I love how they had more then just one child due to all their past lives it was fitting they had a ton..it made sense they deserved to finally have a happy life. best epilogue ever.

Overall, this was an enjoyable story. I read it in a bit over a day, so it was also a pretty quick read. I was under the impression this was like a lot of similar shifter romance series and the books were standalone stories connected by a theme. It's not. While you can absolutely read this one without reading the other two books in the series first, (like I did) I got a strong impression that key parts of the story and references characters made would make more sense/be more impactful if I'd read the previous books first. Again, it's still goo on it's own, but probably would have been better if I' read the other two first, but I take responsibility for that, and didn't knock points for it
I also found certain aspects predictable, even though there were clear efforts made at misdirection
I will definitely be going back and reading the first two books of this series, though. It's not like it'll be the first time I've read a book I already knew the ending too, and I really want to find out how the FMC's friends met their mates now.

Another deceptively decent installment for this series. I grew to love Keiran and Daciana, though it was a tad slower for me this time around. I didn’t feel that palpable visceral chemistry at first like with Seth and Selene. Still, they’re both extremely likable characters and easy to root for.
The plot was a tad messy in this one… a lot going on that was difficult to keep track of at times. But it was fast paced because of that and kept my attention. But for me I think the quiet moments between the MCs were my favorite, the scene under the oak tree at the festival was so sweet and quiet and raw, loved it.
The spice was hot in this one. Delicious.
Everything wrapped up quickly but nicely. But be prepared if you read these back to back there are some plot holes and inconsistencies. Hair color and age things. This is the kind of book you have to sort of suspend reality even in terms of storyline lol.
But my girl.. where is Leon’s story?! Ugh my sweet baby Leon, deserves to be protected and we never get his HEA… I’m holding out hope for a novella of him finding his love.
A fitting end to this series brings us Kieran, an Alpha King, and Daciana, a skilled warrior and Her Majesty's personal guard. What is fascinating about this story is that Kieran and Daciana have been reincarnated through many lifetimes, but the unfortunate part is that Daciana never remembers her past lives because she and Kieran have been cursed. We met the necromancer in the previous book but didn't find out the person's identity. We get foreshadowing as to who it is, but I guessed incorrectly -- right family, wrong family member. The necromancer is defeated, the other family member is executed, and all the members of the Umbra Council that opposed the King are also executed. The impending war is defeated before it even starts and there is finally peace in kingdom. We get a nice epilogue where we get to revisit all three couples of the series to see their HEA. Also, might have been given a hint to a future series. Looking forward to it.
This trilogy was one of the best. Book one with Astra and Lucian was wonderful, full of surprises, excitement and love. Book two with Selene and Seth was just as wonderful, with characters that challenge each other, find strength in each other as well as a love that survives all the challenges and misunderstandings. Hook three does not disappoint, Daciana and Kieran’s story was different but still full of love that survives centuries of challenges but in the end they find love, peace and chaos, of the best kind. Thank you Jaymin Snow, you are one of the best writers that I read and I look forward to more of your stories!
Finally, the revelation we have all been waiting for happens and was surprising. This third book in the series was profound while investing in twists that kept coming. The queen's guard Daciana and the Alpha of the mountains Kieran are fated but his secrets paralyze his desire to bond. It was emotional, suspenseful and exciting. This was an entertaining read that I could not put down.

I really like the way the story wrapped up. The plot was obviously planned instead of just happening. I also enjoyed the characters and the love stories. I do hope that Leon gets at least a novella and a happy ending for himself in the future.
I actually had to put the book down for a day or two because I was so afraid for the main characters! The romance was amazing, the end satisfying. Though I wouldn’t mind seeing a sequel where the kids are grown.
This tied up the story beautifully. I liked how the epilogue wasn’t just they had kids and HEA. They showed more and it was lovely to read all of them interacting together with their families. Will reread this one again.
I really enjoyed book 3 in this series watching Kieran and Deciana fight their very long and treacherous road to finally finding their HEA. I enjoyed this entire series and will definitely recommend this series to everyone.
Finally an entire story, 3 books worth, full of mystery, fighting, great characters and at last, an ending that actually tied everything together. Highly recommend this great read.
The storyline is great gives you anticipation, love and heartbreak. The great end to the trilogy. You fall in love with the main characters and their strength.
I'm stingy with my 5 stars but I loved how different this was from the first two and how everything wrapped up. I never guessed anything that was going to happen.
Alpha Kieran and the warrior Daciana .. they were fated mates. Finding each other over and over with each life, to try and beat the curse of her dying in her 4 mont of pregnancy.
I have really enjoyed this and haven't been able to put it down, it follows on from "Chased by My Grumpy Alpha" and "Rejected by My Untamed Alpha Commander". A well-written story full of action, banter, fated mates, enemies to lovers, rejection, black magic, chemistry, love and romance, with plenty of twists and character development.
This was a wonderful read with great character development and I loved the chemistry (and mystery) between Daciana and Kieran. It was also great to see Astra and Lucian, and Selene and Seth again.
I found this a great page turner that I couldn't put down.
