Brilliant. Useful. Detailed. Comprehensive. A delight, from its punny title right through to its excellent index (what a forgotten art proper indexing is becoming in reference books). I borrowed this book from the local library (massive praise to Gloucestershire library services for their superb on-line search and ordering service which means that even the tiniest local library now has an almost limitless virtual stock). Now I'm dreading returning it and I will search the web for a second-hand copy to keep.
