The world’s worst psychiatrist is allowed to foster his hospitalized young patient because he wants to experiment with different treatment modalities which wouldn’t be allowed in the hospital.
If you enjoy reading about Svengalis and cannibalism, MONSTER just might be the book for you.
I guessed the perpetrator in MONSTER in the first chapter and most of the twists and turns as will everyone who’s ever read a thriller.

Oh my God, how did that guy maintain a psychiatrist’s license? Just awful. And cannibalism is just one more nasty curveball in this story. Nope!

My first by this author and I went into it thinking eh, if I don’t like it - I’ll just start a new one. Well, I was super wrong! This was really good, I loved the story line. When you get into it I was think uh, I am not into anything super natural but no this was good! Good characters and really kept the twists and turns.
