Built by Feedback by Dhritiman Chakraborty is an insightful read delving deeper into 10 life changing stories which inspire you to always remain positive about new beginnings of life. This book sheds light on 10 powerful real life stories taken from the corporate world where people didn't let harsh feedback suppress their identities but they accepted them with open minds and worked their level best to improve themselves even if it came with its own set of discomfort or identity crisis. Dhritiman's Commendable Fusion of these stories inspires you to always be hopeful in life and turn each setback into an opportunity where you find growth and transformation at the other end.
One of my favourite stories from this book were "The English I Never Spoke-And Had to learn", "The Layoff that Forced me to begin" and "When the Team became toxic". All of these stories present utmost resilience where corporate personnel didn't let their limits define themselves,They worked on themselves and changed their lives for the betterment.The Interesting and helpful concept of "PUSH" and "GRAIN" makes the overall reading experience a lot more connectable and insightful. This book is a must read for any beginner who is working in a corporate field dealing with tough feedback everyday.This book will help you in navigating through the harsh corporate world and building your own stronger personality based on the feedback given to you.
