An excellent and readable guide to ending doomscrolling and retaking control of your life. The author carefully walks through the ensnaring powers of the algorithms, before sharing a thoughtful framework to extracting oneself from endless feeds and replacing doomscrolling with vastly superior activities. This is a very timely work given the advent of AI. It’s also a humorous and fast read which was very appreciated.
