I love it when the hero is the first one who became sooo incredibly obsessed with the heroine the first time he saw her… And not only that, he stalks her too and immediately went on a stalker mode on checking everything about her in day one after he just saw her… I love heroes that starts like that and a love story that starts like that!
It just shows that the couple will be great and with the hero wanting the heroine soooooo badly it just YES SIR!!! PERIODT!!!

Is this great love story to read? For me yes. But also this is not your easy alexa riley love story. This is completely different but also not too hard to understand… it’s different in a great way and romantic, super romantic in my opinion that made you really like jealous of this heroine and wishing to be her 🤭😄
So I highly suggest if you want to read this, make sure to prepare your emotions… It’s not a dark love story tho.
But it’s a long ride…
The hero in this story isn’t your typical one! Right from the start, you can tell how seriously he feels about the heroine. He actually stalks her, immediately checks out her apartment to know where she lives, thinks about her nonstop, and becomes obsessively fixated on her in a whole new way 😏😏
So, if heroes like that aren’t your thing, it’s probably best to exit! 😜
But if you’re into that kind of intense obsession like I am, then go for it 😏

But as always in every story there’s a pros and cons… I actually want to give this story like 4 stars because there’s some scenes that i personally don’t like it very much, but because there was some pretty impressive scenes that i like so much it made me forget the scenes I don’t like 🤭😄
So, here’s how the story starts: the hero is a billionaire with a massive family empire, and his family has been wealthy (old money sh*t). He works alongside his siblings, each managing different floors and parts of their business, but they’re all connected. (I love that they are close)
One day, while he’s having a meeting with his brothers as usual, someone walks in😜 a candidate coming for a job interview with one of his brothers name wesley. The tech genius brother (can’t wait for his story🥰) From that moment on, the hero’s life changes forever….
That woman is the one who will capture his heart completely, making him fall deeply in love and admire her every step she takes 💙

One of the reasons why i love that because other books have this boring (at least for me its boring) boring scene of the first meet with the hero is so slow or don’t do anything about it… he only just sees but didn’t do anything about it for weeks even, or so slow to do something about it. they do that because to make it slowburn more realest when it’s actually ITS BORING AF 🥵
That’s why when i read this scene from the book I’m like so intrigued by it 💛

The way he is so possessive about the heroine in a (romantic way in my opinion) can be seen in the first meeting and even after the meeting.. like after few minutes ago, the hero goes so quickly to be so jealous and possessive of the heroine!
“Plus now that she’s officially an employee, I’ll have to file with HR if she says yes when I ask her out.”
The silence after that is sharp. Tense. Immediate. I take a long sip of my coffee. Let the quiet stretch. Then I look at him. Really look at him.
“Don’t.”
I don’t tolerate competition.
“Don’t ask her out.”

The hero’s personality is also a bit different but then slowly but surely i can see how he is for who he actually is as a person. At the beginning, you can tell the hero is a bit more closed off compared to his siblings.. He tends to keep things to himself, probably because he was raised by really strict parents in a negative way. Their relationship isn’t good at all, so it’s easy to see why he might be the way he is. At first, his personality can seem a little confusing, but as you get to know him, you realize what a genuinely great person he is 😬 tho definitely not someone to mess with 🤣
He doesn’t talk much to most people because he believes many are prideful, fake, or hypocritical. That’s why he doesn’t open up easily. Still, from the very start, it’s clear he’s truly committed to the heroine.
So that is the first amazing thing about him ☺️
One thing that I don’t like about him is that he used to be a manwhor3 and everyone knows about it. It’s a not a secret.
Many one night stands he said. But he also said that the heroine is the first serious one that he introduces to his family and that officially sleeps at his place.

The heroine in the beginning we can see how much she is a family girl, close with her family and really have a great relationship with each of the family members. So that was the first green flag! 😍
The heroine is smart too, well eventually we can see the heroine is smart and very intelligent when it comes with computer and coding stuff like that! She is a mad tech genius!
Her personality is also amazing. She’s kind, a bit weak sometimes when it comes with the hero but not a doormat tho. She’s also not sassy tho… she’s more gentler, kind warm like that..
I love it when the heroine is smart like this. Because many times other books doesn’t make the heroines like that which is super annoying. They make the heroines like boring, not talented and not even smart or have skills like that. But they make the heroes more better with skills and talents, like wtf. Make it equal!
I’m not feminist like that but hey! Equality is also can be important to make the characters more interesting!
So when i read the heroine here are like this, i am super happy and just 😍 like this in person. It’s so refreshing!

It involves stalking her from day one, searching everything about her in day one, pay attention to every little detail about her (not only for her body) but what she likes! Like what food she likes, what’s her favorite restaurant, what’s her favorite drink like literally everything. He really pay attention to anything about her. EVEN BEFORE they dated, he gave her food and her favorite coffee almost every single day! After they’re in relationship he then always feed her food like she doesn’t hold the food or plate, he does that for her… Even after they’re officially together, he always buys her favorite food all the time without hesitation!
So that’s why when i mean when he fall hard for her since day one, HE DID AND ALWAYS.
And always over the top 😋
But not in a toxic way tho…
I forgot how many times he complements her in a daily basis because he always do, he always adores her from the inside and out and he always make sure to say YOU ARE MINE. MINE. MINE. He always likes to help her with anything she needs, like literally everything. He even move her to his floor because he wants to see her everyday 😅 and he did see her everyday and even put a camera on her desk like a hidden little camera because he likes to watch her non stop… he even gave her his password since day one he is with her before the relationship tho..
He always gave her princess treatment, act of service, words of affirmation and physical touch is a must in every single time he sees her 😚 he calls her MINE since day one so yeah it is like that 😄
He likes to watch her sleeps for hours 😋 He said i love you first!!! 🥰
And i love that the heroine is the first woman he ever introduced to his parents, first woman he brings to his apartment and his own house 😚 That just so refreshing 🤣

I preferred the characters are loyal to the core, over the top possessive heroes since the beginning and never stops, main characters have unique jobs or talents, the hero adores and obsessed with the heroine so much, the hero fell harder for the heroine and don’t want let her go and fight for her. Types of book that I’m looking for: SAFE, safe all the way from the beginning till the end🥵 No cheating, no unnecessary childish drama. Not too much OW DRAMA cause they are loud and annoying lol. NO to still having feelings about a ex especially wants go get back together tf no. NO to friends with benefits and still seeing other people type of sh*t. NO to hero or heroine who said i love you and have been obsessed but still likes to fvck around yeah big NO to that sh*t. NOOO to still married or still in a relationship with someone else while liking the main character, yeah they have to be single since the beginning. NOOO to a long separation and have someone else they have s3x with during the separation. NOO to too many times of separation and breaking up sh*t. NOO to toxic narcissistic characters.
I preferred the characters are loyal to the core, over the top possessive heroes since the beginning and never stops, main characters have unique jobs or talents, the hero adores and obsessed with the heroine so much, the hero fell harder for the heroine and don’t want let her go and fight for her. And most importantly EPILOGUE AND ESPECIALLY THE DECADES LATER SCENE…. HAPPY ENDING IS A MUST. Chemistry is a must too 🙏🏼

Wow war is intense! A little stalker/creep vibes going on in a good way. He see everything except for Olivia’s hidden talent that was one of my favourite part of the book. How the author would list then emotions and the things that were going on was a little strange at first but it made you feel what the characters were feeling.

Who doesn’t love a man obsessed? And boy, Warren is the definition of obsessed! He sees, he wants and he gets. From that first moment he cannot leave her alone. He watches her everywhere…other men aren’t even allowed to breathe the same air as his Olivia. Completely OTT? Sure. But just what I look for in my romance books. There is quite some scorching by spice, but also a very decent plot that kept me intrigued. So why not 5 stars? I really didn’t like the level of manwhore Warren was before meeting Olivia. Apparently he had seggggs with all previous assistants and loads of other women and it is mentioned A LOT. Ew.
And why did it take him so long to go after Olivia during the third act break up?? A man this obsessed would never. It was very out of character and quite frustrating. I mean months???
Anyhooo, this book kept me entertained!

Everything was fine until the separation chapters, but from there it turned into a complete mess that left me fuming.
The MMC was a Manipulative, Egoistic @sshole
@75% to 82% Their separation felt like a circus. When the FMC walked away, instead of reaching out or trying to mend things, he chose silence. One month passed with nothing not with clarity or remorse or chase or his desire to be with her, but then three months later he returned, with more manipulation and family theatrics, still expecting her to chase him. Why this Fmc is such a weak leaf to sway even with the slightest blow? I mean, 30% onwards i get it she was way too agreeable and dancing to his tunes which annoyed me a bit then i left it because i was more looking forward to the Mmc's obsession towards her.
However during their separation time, the FMC endured misery, waiting for even a single call that never came from Mmc. He refused to apologize, refused to communicate, and left her to carry the emotional weight alone. Then, as if he were the one holding all the power, after 3 months he appears and he declared she had five days to decide whether she wanted him, otherwise he would let her go. ARE YOU SERIOUS?
Obviously ..she chased him, delivering the line, “I don’t want to be free.” That moment gave him his smug sense of victory, followed by makeup sex that was not about love or healing, but about control, his need for her obedience and submission. (felt like he played a damn mind game and kind of egoistic in nature)
Through it all he never truly tried to communicate. His toxicity during the separation was at its peak, and what stood out most was his ego.
What a strange sicko he turned out to be. GOD DAMMIT. No wonder that chapter left me feeling miserable.. TOO TOXIC FOR ME TO ROMANTICIZE IT ..

Wow what a read that was, this has to be my favourite book ever from Amanda and I’m not even exaggerating, it was truly incredible and it’s going to be stuck in my head for a long long time, there’s just something about the way Amanda writes that has me hooked from the first page.
This book follows War and Olivia, a workplace romance and he is obsessed from the moment she steps foot into the room, the dynamic between them both was filled with sooo much tension,chemistry, and genuine emotion & the PERFECT amount of spice. They were everything!! I really wish I could re read this again, it was truly one of my 5 star reads of this year. I never want to leave this love she has just created in this book. He is OBSESSED. Can book 2 please hurry?? I miss them so much already 😭

Money Reigns was absolutely incredible. It completely engrossed me, from the very first chapter. War was so deep, alluring, and just utterly enigmatic. His obsession with Olivia was so intense and all consuming.
The tension and yearning was palpable, and I feel like that can be such a hard thing to balance and keep you wanting more, but Amanda just has that way of completely pulling you in and not letting you go.
Olivia was so sweet. As someone who can relate to making yourself smaller and less seen, I could 1000% relate to her in the moments that she had a hard time accepting War’s love and adoration. Olivia’s love for War was just as deep, but the moments of her inner fears, her vulnerability and the voices in her head making her believe she wasn’t enough, were so raw and so real. Love can be terrifying, and I truly felt that, once again, Amanda Zuelo did an amazing job of portraying those feelings.
Money Reigns is not a soft and sweet romance. It’s raw, obsessive, captivating, and leaves you feeling broken and put back together again, in the best way. That’s not to say it doesn’t have its sweet moments, because it absolutely does. War’s adoration knows no bounds, and he truly takes Olivia’s dreams, aspirations, and deepest feelings and wants her to shine and feel every ounce of love he has to give, and more. Olivia softens War in a way that melts your heart, and shows how truly made for each other, they are.
Also, the spice, holy freaking crap, the spice was sooooo amazing!! It was so well done without taking anything away from all of the emotions, and the depth of Olivia and War’s story.
They are a couple that will stick with me for a long time.

Olivia was so sweet. As someone who can relate to making yourself smaller and less seen, I could 1000% relate to her in the moments that she had a hard time accepting War’s love and adoration. Olivia’s love for War was just as deep, but the moments of her inner fears, her vulnerability and the voices in her head making her believe she wasn’t enough, were so raw and so real. Love can be terrifying, and I truly felt that, once again, Amanda Zuelo did an amazing job of portraying those feelings.
Money Reigns is not a soft and sweet romance. It’s raw, obsessive, captivating, and leaves you feeling broken and put back together again, in the best way. That’s not to say it doesn’t have its sweet moments, because it absolutely does. War’s adoration knows no bounds, and he truly takes Olivia’s dreams, aspirations, and deepest feelings and wants her to shine and feel every ounce of love he has to give, and more. Olivia softens War in a way that melts your heart, and shows how truly made for each other, they are.
Also, the spice, holy freaking crap, the spice was sooooo amazing!! It was so well done without taking anything away from all of the emotions, and the depth of Olivia and War’s story.
They are a couple that will stick with me for a long time.

Olivia gets hired by a company run by three brothers. Pretty soon after her hiring by one brother, she’s moved to another department where she is randomly promoted to being the personal assistant of another brother. While confused, Olivia nonetheless takes the job seriously. She tells herself she won’t let War jeopardize her new job with his track record of seducing his female employees. However, she’s soon under his spell just like all the others. But something is different for War too; he doesn’t want to treat her like all the rest either. He feels like Olivia is different, special. He tries to convince her of this while relentlessly spoiling her with lavish gifts.
This could be a bit boring at times but it was good overall. There is a bit of a mafia and secret tech genius angle that I didn’t like in addition to the billionaire play of archetype — it was just a bit too much, like those memes of the male MC who’s a vampire wolf hybrid mafia prince in high school but also a trained assassin who is a self-made billionaire at 18. Just a bunch of archetypes thrown together. You can see that here because a lot of fuss is drawn to Olivia’s very meager ‘ties’ to the mafia that doesn’t seem to make sense by the end. Or how her family alludes to ‘what Ronnie did’ when it turns out he didn’t do much (other than extortion I guess) but it’s clear they’re just hamming it up for the drama.
Anyway I would recommend this but not sure if I would keep on my shelf.

I DEVOURED this book in one sitting. There’s just something about Amanda Zuelo’s writing that has me gnawing at the bars of my enclosure. it’s addictive in the best way. Every time I put it down, I immediately wanted to dive right back in. She has such a grip on pacing, obsession, and emotional stakes. It’s impossible not to get sucked into her world.
After reading the Sovereigns series, it was so satisfying to see familiar faces make an appearance while Money Reigns still stands strong on its own. Amanda is a mastermind at planting easter eggs that tie everything together, making the entire universe feel connected, layered, and alive.

You had me at War!! I started this book and could not put it down. I’m self employed and almost lost an entire day. I forced myself to get back to work and couldn’t wait until bedtime so I could pick it back up.
The characters were wonderfully written. Warren (War) is a typical controlling billionaire but with a sweet side that is unspoken, still there, but you have to feel it (and you do). He is deliciously over the top, brooding, controlling but doting, gentle and rough all at once. How do I explain this??

This is my first by this author and I’m ready to roll back and read the others, I cannot wait to make the characters come back to life.

Meh, it was just mediocre. I think the reviews disappointed me. I trusted ya'll. Anyway, I'll have to say that even though the author tried to make the male lead seem obsessive but I just think he wanted to trap the female lead. And Fmc is the most spineless bitch I've seen in a while she does not have any personality she just does what the hero says like a jinie . The story started strong, i thought the female lead is going to give mmc a hard time my bad I was sooo wrong, they are together before 50% of the book. And mind you, the hero places the camera in fmc's room, and she does absolutely nothing about it bitchhh. and there was no groveling he does absolutely nothing for 3 f'ing months and this hoe is just ready to forgive him by just a call. idk this highly disappointed me I wonder why I didn't Dnf it.

No but seriously, this started off so promising. I genuinely thought the heroine was about to make the hero's life miserable and give him the fight he deserved. Turns out I was the clown 🤡.
The hero was supposedly "obsessive," but it felt less like obsession and more like he just wanted to trap her, make her his pet and call it love. There is a difference. And the heroine? Girl, stand UP. She had the backbone of a wet tissue. Every time I thought she was about to push back, she'd immediately fold and do whatever the hero wanted. It was painful to watch.
Also, if I had a dollar for every time this man reminded us how rich he was and how poor she was, I'd be richer than him. WE GET IT. You're rich. She's not. Thank you for the hourly reminder.
The plot had potential, but the execution sucked all the life out of it.

Money Reigns by Amanda Zuelo. The raw passion and obsession War has for Olivia instantly just sucked me in, I devoured this book. The banter back and forth, the raw hot passion and obsession so epic. It took me through so many emotions. The story line is incredible. The characters are so well written you just fall in love with them. Oh and the spice! 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ talk about hot! It’s written so perfectly and doesn’t take anything from the main story. Plus who doesn’t love a HAE with a scavenger hunt! Perfection! If you like a great story with a very dominate MMC definitely recommend this book I promise it won’t disappoint!

Warren - he was very intense, obsessive, and subliminally controlling of Olivia. He was claiming her by clandestinely putting her through his step-program so that she listened/obeyed him without conscience thought.
Olivia, trying so hard to understand what was happening, his subtle and not so subtle, handling of her that she didn't know to push back. She just wanted to do well at her job and maintain a professional relationship.
Enjoyed how his brothers, Wesley & Wilder, contributed to the story.

I absolutely loved this book and it would’ve been five stars if there was more to the ending. Yes there was an HEA, but I feel like we at least needed an epilogue to tie it all up in a beautiful bow. Aside from that, the story was amazing. There was a twist that I didn’t see coming, and the tension was through the roof. I really was reeled in right from the beginning and didn’t want to out it down! So if you like, workplace romance, billionaire romance with forced proximity, and a splash of mafia, then this one is for you!

*ARC Review* If you haven't read anything by Amanda I highly encourage you to! I could not turn the page fast enough, at the same time was sad to finish this one! The love War has for Olivia is that deep love every girl wants. This book had me falling in love with reading all over again. If you're a smut lover or just love a romance this is one that everyone can enjoy regardless of genre preference. It’s absolutely perfect! definitely one of my top recommendations.

This book was incredible! Every book I have read by this author only gets better and better. I love the individual stories she ties into the characters that we get as we read and the story as a whole how they go together to make eachother stronger and their relationship. I love love the MMC War and the way that Olivia helps him heal and find peace. 6 stars!

This book is legit AMAZING.
There is obsession, heat, sass and banter, love, forgiveness, twists and turns. I love how they each develop individually and together. There is chances for them both to grow from the past and learn their worth together. It’s beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, sexy, and swoon worthy! It’s a must read. War and Olivia are next level.

Just when I thought Amanda’s mafia series was my favorite this one slides right on in. It was fast paced, the characters were amazing - built right & definitely know what they want. There was action, spice, and suspense. I laughed, I was enraged, I cried and most importantly I didn’t want to put it down! Another amazing job well done girl!

This book is spicy and so good. War was not my favorite character but his actions changed my opinion. There was so much emotion in this book. I stayed up way too late reading because I couldn’t put the book down. You just put this on your TBR list. Thank you Amanda Zuelo for writing this book.

Loved this book! Olivia and War were perfect for each other. Dom/sub vibes which I loved but also so glad that they were truly equals with a true partnership. The spice was spicing but the plot was definitely the best part. All steps complete!
