We pick up right where the last book left off. Zeke is frantically searching for Blue after the ''car accident'' cause it was not planned and it was all a ploy to get Blue and get the laptop and info she had against someone very powerful.
Sadly, Blue is a shitty predicament and is forced to endure torture (whipping) in the hands of a sadistic man who is being tasked to retrieve her but is going off the plan to hurt her and rape her, there is a lot of talks about raping in detail but thankfully nothing happens as Zeke finds her right before he can do that.
Zeke kills the guy who we find out works for a counselor in the IVI society, they put the pieces together with all the info they have gathered and see that there are two parties at play and they are both after the info but for different reasons.
One wants to hide away the contents because it makes them guilty (it shows all the extortion and illegal shit they did) and the other wants to use it to punish. They have a long history between the two and sadly Blue and Zeke (the rest of their group) are placed in the middle of their sadistic game.
Zeke has a few moments throughout the book where he tells Blue to NOT love him nor can he ever love her. They do not make love, nor do they end up together but inside his mind he is in turmoil because he wants her and only her. He is consumed and he just wants her to be safe.
Things come to a massive blowout but the real villains are after each other and Zeke/Blue are left to just witness the destruction.
BUT of course, within their society there are rules and the authority requires Blue to abide by a few rules before she is left alone as she might tell people what transpired and he needs to take her away so Zeke does the only thing he can do and declare that are to marry in the morning leaving her alone and no longer a threat to the IVI Society.
We end the book with them getting married but that is it! We do not get a look into their future beyond that moment.
I kind of wanted to know what happens to them afterwards, and a look into her sister and how she's doing OH and wtf happened to Blue and Wren’s mom? Did I miss the hint that she probably died or was killed their father?? Idk lol She was nowhere to be found and I feel like I missed something – oops.
The ending left me happy for them, but I wanted more.

The second part was intense, fast paced and full of twists!
The story picked up exactly where it left us the cliffhanger of the first book, and girl, it started with a bang!
Blue is gone and Zeke is ready to spill blood in order to get her back!
His feelings toward Blue are confusing, but he keeps insisting that he is unable to love!
She is his atonement for past sins, and even though he should let her go, he is unable to do it!
"He sees right into my heart. And he’s letting me know that his is off limits."
Poor Blue! For once again, she is going through hell in here!
She is being tangled in a mess that she never wanted to be a part of...
Powerful people are after her and thank God that she has at her side Ezekiel, the man who was her victim, but who turned out to become her avenging angel!

Natasha Knight did not, once again, disappoint!
The conclusion to Blue & Zeke’s journey was simply, explosive. That word popped in my head a few hours ago and I can’t let it go. The absolute gasping I did at so many points in this story is ridic! BUT that’s what makes this woman’s work the absolute best of the best! She threw some turns in this story that I was like “whaaaaaaaat??” and some that I knew were coming and when you combine it all it’s an absolute … explosion!
She just writes so sexy and captivating, and you just feel edgy when you’re reading, and I love every minute! This is not an “uncomplicated” story and there’s a huge amount of layers and depth to Blue & Zeke, but I still flew thru my reading. I just could not wait for the next scene to happen!
If you’re a fan of fast-paced storylines that thrill from beginning to end, this is an author you should be reading! And in my usual way, I have told you nothing of this story yet everything you need to know to go do the thing!

The continuation of Ezekiel St. Jame and Blue Masterson’s story begins where the huge cliffhanger left us in book one. Can Zeke let his heart open again? Will Blue get the justice she has been searching for? Wow, this starts with a bang and keeps you invested until the very end. Action, Suspense and a bad boy that only melts for one! PS, the scenes with his brother Jericho are priceless lol.

J’ai tellement apprécié le premier tome qu’il était difficile de faire mieux avec le second.
Même si je l’ai également beaucoup aimé dans son ensemble, je dois dire que j’ai été quelque peu déçue par certains points. Les personnages en tant que tel et leurs histoires n’ont pas dérogé à la règle et m’ont toujours aussi touché, là n’est pas le problème.
Je dirais plutôt que cela vient du dénouement de l’histoire, où certains évènements se réglaient beaucoup trop facilement pour moi. Au vu de la fin du premier tome, je m’attendais à pas mal d’action, voir même à beaucoup de violence je dois le dire. Et en fait pas du tout. Je ne rentrerais pas dans les détails, mais tout se réglait presque en un claquement de doigt, la solution trouvée en un quart de seconde, ce qui était plutôt dommage au vu de l’intensité du moment.
Le problème à cela a été le fait que cette facilité de solution s’est répétée à plusieurs moments, moments qui avaient de l’importance dans l’histoire autant par rapport à la construction des personnages que du rythme de l’histoire en tant que telle. Et je trouvais ça assez dommage de passer aussi rapidement sur ces points, et plus se focaliser sur la romance installée entre Zeke et Blue.
Je ne dis pas que les voir se rapprocher me dérangeait, au contraire, mais cela ne devrait pas se faire au détriment du reste de l’historie.
Enfin bref, ce deuxième est tout de même resté très sympa à lire et conclut plutôt bien l’histoire de ses personnages !

By Blood to Avenge is Blue and Zeke’s duet conclusion. The tropes were quite similar to the first book. They’re a much more sweet and lovey doves couple compared to the others in this universe. He'd do anything to protect Blue and Blue him and her sister. I’d definitely recommend reading it!

With the way the previous installment ended, I'm glad the second and final book came fast! By Blood to Avenge is thrilling, a veritable page-tuner that I devored. The characters' maturity warmed my heart, and I absolutely loved how they handled their predicaments. In a way, this is the most modern duet of the IVI universe, which I found refreshing. But don't worry, you'll still get the suffocating atmosphere and culture of the Sovereign Sons!

The book picked up where it left off. One of the guy that was working with her dad that tried to SA her, kidnapped her. So the guy that Zeke killed was not the guy that tried to SA her in the past but it was the brother.
She was whipped and almost SAed again but Zeke came in time and killed him too. In here Blue realized she was in love with him but he kinda rejected her by telling her he couldn’t give what she wanted from him.
Long story short the dad got released from prison and hunting her and her sis. Then the bad guy came into the picture and kidnapped blue.
She gave the files to the other pseudo bad guy to save Zeke and his family. Then her dad was killed along with the bad guy. Then both blue and zeke were forced into a situation where they needed to be wed quick. The end
Idk why but it wasn’t as enjoyable as the first book but what I liked from this was I could see the softer side of Zeke and in the end of the day they both fell in love with each other and it was quite believable for me.
Sadly no baby/ pregnancy here. Would love to see Zeke’s reaction to Blue being pregger.

This book is a total thrill ride that kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish! It’s the last part of the Sinners Duet, and you definitely need to read By Sin to Atone first. We jump right back in after that jaw-dropping cliffhanger, with Zeke frantically searching for Blue, who's been kidnapped in a crazy plot involving a powerful flash drive.
The action is non-stop, and it feels like I was in a John Wick movie, with Zeke and Blue dodging danger left and right. Blue faces some seriously dark stuff while being held captive, which made my heart race. There are intense scenes of violence and some heavy discussions around assault, but it all serves to show the real evil they’re up against, rather than just for shock value.
Zeke’s got a lot on his plate—he's torn between his feelings for Blue and his need to protect her. Their bond is super complicated, especially since Zeke keeps telling her not to love him, even though he clearly wants to keep her safe. They’re caught up in a nasty game between two factions after that flash drive, and things get really messy.

The first book ends with Blue being kidnapped. We have no idea if it's her dad or someone who wants the flash drive, who knows? There are so many bad guys after the information she has, she's definitely way out of her depth. And it's not only herself she has to think about but her sister too.
Their relationship may have started with Zeke kidnapping her but things have shifted when he showed her a rare, softer side of him and now he's the only one who may be able to protect her from the danger she's in.
Loving Zeke will always come with a little pain but who else could possibly be more cut out to love him than tough as nails Blue?

By Blood To Avenge Delivers The Perfect Conclusion for the Sinners Duet
I love Secret Societies. The power, the elite, the cryptic traditions and of course the danger!!!
Blue and Ezekiel's story has all that and more.
It's intense and gripping.
The characterization is so detailed that it pulled me in and made me feel part of their world and what a potent world it is.
I have a soft spot for some of the characters while there's a few mad ones that I wanted to save Zeke and Blue from. I love this book! I love this duet. Its suspenseful, exciting and spicy!
I love Secret Societies. The power, the elite, the cryptic traditions and of course the danger!!!
Blue and Ezekiel's story has all that and more.
It's intense and gripping.
The characterization is so detailed that it pulled me in and made me feel part of their world and what a potent world it is.

I liked the first book a lot but this second one unfortunately was boring for me and i skimmed through it 😪
It was more about solving problems and the attention shifted from them and there was very little romance in it.
Now i was also disappointed about the finale, HFN and not a epilogue,only a open wedding...i needed more from them.
More connection, future plans whatever..kids?

In this epic conclusion to this duet, Zeke and Blue's story picks up right where By Sin to Atone left us.
What will be the fate of our main characters? Will Zeke get in time to save Blue or will he fail her like he believes he did Zoe?
If there's one thing I love about Natasha Knight is her ability to make us feel deeply for her brand of tortured heroes. Zeke has many deep scars and because of that, letting Blue in proves to be a challenge for Blue. He tests her, he challenges and tries his best to keep her at arms length. But Blue is resilient and stubborn.
She found in Zeke safety and a kindred heart. Both have a tragic past and both carry a lot of guilt.
I have a deep love for these two character and the plot development. I loved the introduction of new players in the board. It added a new dimension to the plot. The mystery and the intrigue within the IVI and how everything played out was amazing.
I loved the side plot and the side characters.
Jericho and Isabelle's part in this story was also a great addition.
Overall this book exceeded my expectation and I cannot wait for more books in this world.
My only complaint is that we did not get to see what happened to a certain side characters.

Oh, what perfection!!! Natasha knows how to write dark revenge! It’s no wonder she hooked me years ago with these amazing tales!
This book is the second and final installment of Sinners duet, a suspenseful duology featuring Ezekiel St. James, the younger of the two St. James brothers whom are members of the powerful elite secret society IVI.
Blue Thorne and her sister Wren became immersed into this world by no faults of their own when their poor excuse of a father made a deal with one of the brutally cruel Councilors.
The second book continues where the first left off (you must read the first before venturing into this fantastic story). The emotions are high, secrets are kept, and lies are spewed! There is so much action in this half of the story that it keeps the pages turning until the story ends. I was NOT prepared for this to end, I want more of these two!

What a heart stopping conclusion to this duet!!! Absolutely brilliant!! So many times I caught my breath as I turned the pages of this story. I had to know what happens to Blue and Zeke. So much so that I basically read it in one sitting! Quite a bit goes on in this story that will blow your mind. I must say that while I cringed at times, the scenes were necessary to explain the happenings of this intriguing story. Blue proved even more to me why I love her character. She may be young, but she is strong and resilient and will do anything to protect those she loves. And Zeke? We get to see a whole different side of him that made me fall even more in love with him. Just when I didn’t think their chemistry could get any hotter, this author shows that it most certainly can. Please do yourself a favor and read this unreal duet. It will keep you on the edge of your seat throughout. Utter perfection!

I absolutely loved the first book, and this was just as phenomenal! The MMC completely stole my heart with how protective he became of the FMC—his devotion and the lengths he went to for her were incredible.
The plot had me hooked from start to finish. It’s far from your typical romance; every twist and turn kept me guessing, making it all the more enjoyable. Natasha Knight crafted a story that’s both intense and unpredictable, and I couldn’t put it down.
I highly, highly recommend this duet to anyone looking for a romance with depth, action, and spice.

Such a busy days here ! It's rarely happeing but during last 2 weeks I've read only 3 books - it's almost unbelievable lol, BUT at least there were 3 awesome books, with -YOU SHALL NOT PASS WITHOUT THIS BOOKHANGOVER, GIrl- vibes. By Blood To Avenge was one of them.
I've finished date with Zeke and let me tell You - @natashaknightromance proves again that she creates one of the best dark romance in the entire world. I loved that author changed here a little her storytelling - it is romance of course, but it's also packed with amazing background action. By Blood To Avenge does not slow down and keeps the intensity at a highest level. There are secrets, there are lies... there are plot twists that I haven't expected... It compelete perfectly IVI world and just like all previous books it will be one of my fave dark reads.
Obviously must read alert for me.

Blue and Zeke are caught right in the middle, neither are prepared to be taken down, but something has to give.
Both want to protect the other and this unravels in spectacular fashion, but not all will come out unscathed.
As with all Society books, this contains dark events not for the faint hearted.

AHHH omg I’m so obsessed with the relationship that Blue and Zeke have!😫
All Blue wants is to find a place in this world for her and her sister, but she messed with the wrong St. James brother and now she’s dealing with his wrath. The cliffy on book one literally gutted me, and Blue was so strong dealing with all the horrible things that come with Zeke’s world. She’s such a strong babe, and I knew Zeke saw that too so he had to snatch up her up to keep for himself🙂↕️

First off, if you haven’t read By Sin to Atone yet, what are you even doing? Now, I know what you’re thinking: "Can Natasha really top the madness of book one?" The answer is YES. Yes, she can. And she will. The woman has no chill. This book starts like someone dropped a bomb and just walks away while everything explodes behind them—casual chaos.
So, we pick up right after that cliffhanger of doom, and let me tell you, I was practically speed-reading because I HAD to know what happens next. Spoiler: a lot. A LOT happens. Zeke is still Zeke—dark, dangerous, and disturbingly good at making me question all my life choices. And Blue? She’s not running from this beast. No, she’s standing her ground, and honestly, I’m just here with popcorn, watching it all go down.
Zeke St. James, everyone. This man is like a walking red flag that you follow anyway because it’s Zeke and, well… what are boundaries? I love that this book gave us more of his backstory, showing us that behind all the broody, I-will-destroy-you vibes, there’s an actual heart. A dark heart, sure, but it’s there. And when Blue stumbles into his life, he doesn’t just fall—he crashes. It’s like watching a disaster in slow motion, but you can’t look away because it’s beautiful and terrifying all at once.
And can we talk about Blue? I’ve said it before, but this girl is a force of nature. She’s been through hell, and instead of crumbling, she’s out here blackmailing secret societies and throwing down with Zeke like it’s a normal Tuesday. She’s sharp, fierce, and not afraid to challenge Zeke, which is saying something because this man is, let’s be real, a walking, talking danger zone. I’m living for their back-and-forth power dynamic.
Oh, and Jericho—aka Zeke’s brother, aka my second-favorite St. James. The scenes with Zeke and Jericho together? GOLD. They could literally be discussing what to have for breakfast, and I’d still be riveted.

Quel cliffhanger mi aveva letteralmente lasciata col fiato sospeso e appena ho iniziato Con il sangue per vendicare, ho sentito subito quella scarica di adrenalina che solo Natasha Knight sa darmi.
L’autrice ci trascina ancora una volta in un vortice di passione, segreti e redenzione. Ma questo secondo capitolo non è solo la continuazione di una storia d’amore tormentata: è il punto in cui i personaggi si spogliano di ogni maschera. Ezekiel, l’uomo che crede di avere il controllo su tutto, deve affrontare i propri demoni e fare i conti con il dolore e il senso di colpa. Blue, invece, continua a sorprendermi: fragile solo in apparenza, ma con una forza che nasce dalle ferite. È la luce che resiste anche nel buio più profondo.
Natasha Knight ha una scrittura che ti incatena alle pagine. Riesce a rendere ogni sguardo, ogni gesto, carico di significato. Un legame nato dal dolore, ma alimentato da qualcosa di molto più profondo: la necessità di appartenersi, nonostante tutto.
Ho amato come l’autrice ha fatto evolvere il loro rapporto. Nel primo libro erano nemici, diffidenti, intrappolati in un gioco di potere. Qui, invece, assistiamo alla lenta trasformazione della loro connessione. Non è un amore facile, non lo è mai stato, ma è autentico, viscerale. È quella storia che ti fa male, ma che non puoi smettere di leggere perché vuoi sapere se alla fine, da tutto quel buio, nascerà la luce.

The epic conclusion to Blue and Zeke's story was an absolute page turner that I devoured in one sitting. But then again, I say that about every book I read by Natasha. The woman puts some sort of crack in her books, I swear. And they hit each and every single time.
After the jaw dropping cliffhanger in the first book, I was itching to get my hands on this one. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It was a thrill ride full of IVI society dark secrets, betrayals and revenge. Oh my god the revenge!
I don't want to give too much away but there are a lot of revelations that happen. Some I saw coming and some absolutely blew my mind. Zeke goes from a man determined to make his blackmailer pay to a may who is wholly obsessed with the woman and will stop at nothing to keep her safe. Blue, even though she's young, is definitely mature beyond her years. But given the way she grew up, that's not surprising. The woman is a survivor through and through. And she doesn't stop fighting even when the odds are stacked against her. I loved her so much.
There is so much that is packed into this book and all of it just worked. It was fast paced, deliciously erotic, and completely unputdownable. I loved the cameos from some past favorites and I absolutely adored Zeke and Blue. I will never tire of this world and can't recommend this duet enough!
