Embodying the Adage that Opposites do Attract -
The first time Mollie and Grady met, the meeting ended with her leaving frustrated, but the rescheduled meeting turned out better, as it gave them an opportunity to get to know each other better. Grady realised he wanted to spend more time with Mollie so he invited her to one of his events, where she revealed a long held secret and the tension built into an explosive steamy encounter. Based on everything Mollie had told Grady about her life, he made it a point to ensure her party would meet her expectations, even if it didn’t include some of the things she wanted.

However, what made Grady really enamoured with Mollie was the way she adapted when things went wrong during the party, instead of throwing a tantrum. Mollie and Grady finally acknowledged their feelings for each other and embarked together on a journey towards their future happiness. This short, sweet and spicy festive novella, drew me in from the first page and had me totally engrossed in the story all the way until the end. You will definitely enjoy reading this book just as much as I did.

We meet Mollie just as she spills coffee all over gruff CEO Grady's office. She's trying to make a good impression because they have to work together to plan a party. Grady is a Type A planner so he has a lot of restrictions as to what can be done, and Mollie is willing to accommodate safety regulations, but not cutting out the fun. At their next meeting he is a little more human, and invites her on a work date to a party at his office. For research purposes, of course. They end up researching each other, and the rest is history.

Now we're onto our second instalment of Christmas Billionaires, and like the first story in the series, this was a short and sweet story about billionaires and the girls whom they fall for, who (it seems like) all live in the same condo in Pleasure Valley (love that name btw). I enjoyed the explosive chemistry and witty exchanges, even though the story is short, but long enough for a quick read in the day that will leave a smile on your face.

Mollie starts off bringing coffee and muffins to her meeting with Grady Thorne. She wants her party to be perfect and he wants it to be perfectly safe and pass fire inspection and follow the rules. Mollie has had a hard life and she has made her family- chosen them, and they her, and she wanted to show how much they mean to her with the party. Mollie accuses Grady that he is ‘sucking the joy out of Christmas.’ Grady is very regimented and rule oriented and pretty much feels that he must take care of everything himself, or it will be done wrong. Her friends: Hope, Avery, Danika, Sutton and Gabriella are helping too. A bunch of stuff goes wrong for the party at the last minute. Mollie and Grady are drawn together and are pretty much total opposites. Things progress and they fall for each other. She teaches him the meaning of Christmas and he teaches her about compromise, sort of. lol. I really enjoyed the book, it was fun, funny, romantic, steamy and crazy.

This is such a great read, quick and full of heart, steam, and great holiday story

Mollie is trying to organize her Christmas party at Grady's venue, their meet cute is funny but laced with tension (attraction). As they continue to work together, they open up about their lives and their attraction grows, He sees all her love for the holidays as a way to thank her found family, she grew up by herself and has learn to give, while he grew up with everything and thrives on control. She confesses to him that she has never has had a relationship, and that opens him to ask her to take a chance on him, and well, ready for the passion that comes after. But when her party hits a few blocks, will she be able to keep her take on the party, or will he control the outcome? be ready for a beautiful ending and prologue.

Mollie’s first meeting with Grady didn’t leave the impression she would have liked when the coffee and muffins she brought end up on him. She is trying to plan a festive party for the people who became her family however he is more concerned with rules and regulations than the ambience she wants it to have.

Grady’s first impression of Mollie is disorganized chaos, but he realizes that couldn’t be further from the truth. As they spend time together and he realizes why this event is so important to her the sparks fly but when they have challenges to overcome will it bring them closer or tear them apart?

Grady has deep feelings for Mollie and followed her lead when it came to the event, even if it was out of his comfort zone, as all he wanted was to ensure her happiness and the romance between them was heartwarming.

**Coffee Disaster!**

*Her Evergreen Billionaire* is the second book in the *Billionaires of Pleasure Valley* series. Grady and Mollie's short instalove story had me giggling from the start, especially with the coffee disaster mishap. This feel-good Christmas romance can easily be read in one sitting. Mollie wants to celebrate the holiday with her found family and make it a special night; however, before she can do so, she meets Grady, an expert at planning events. The attraction and chemistry between them are instant and intensely passionate.

This book is a perfect holiday treat, featuring plenty of spice, found family vibes, a sexy alpha male, and no drama—making it a quick and enjoyable afternoon read.

This is another fun leap into the Billionaires of Pleasure Valley. I love that this one starts off with a bang.

Mollie is there for a meeting with the owner, and well...she meets him, just as fast as she spills coffee's all over him. Sometimes it might not seem funny, but accidents can lead to happy endings too.

Mollie is the magic to Grady's control. They both love events, just for different reasons. The way they come together feels organic for a novella, and builds that backstory you really identify with. It might happen fast, but lots of passion and heart.,

Sometimes we need someone who sees who we are, and pushes up to be better, more, and exactly who we are at the same time. A great HEA!

Her Evergreen Billionaire is the second book in the Billionaires of Pleasure Valley series. Mollie Gregory is a Project Coordinator for Ultra Bright Technologies and Grady Thorne owns Evergreen Apps. They meet as she is planning a holiday party for the people who have become her family and she loves and he owns the event center that she wants to use for the party. She has a very defined vision board and he is more concerned with ensuring the safety regulations are followed. What starts as a butting of heads and flying cups of latte soon turn to smouldering heat and passion with a future neither had thought they would find.

I loved the interaction between Mollie and Grady. They meet when Mollie has an appointment with Grady to discuss party planning. The first face-to-face is a disaster when she spills coffee over everything. As Mollie shows him her vision, he has protocols he follows and find faults in her plans. She slowly chisels away his controlling attitude and desires ignite. Can they make this party and their relationship a success? The chemistry and banter between they were fantastic. This was a heart-warming story with hilarious moments. Highly recommend.

Grady is a bit uptight but has good reason to be and it’s sweet despite he doesn’t want anyone to know, including himself, and not real jazzed about this whole Christmas decorating thing. Mollie is full on Christmas cheer but isn’t afraid to speak her mind. Not always the brightest idea. They shouldn’t work but absolutely do. Their first meeting definitely had things flying. Minor hiccups that were very good appreciated since they kept it from being so sweet that it would overwhelm the story. I enjoyed this drama lite book with a little love, romance, and sexy times. Lilah Hart did an excellent job.

Mollie is ready for an early morning business meeting, she was always early. But there was no one at the reception desk. She waited a minute or two, then started to look for the conference room they told her that her meeting was in. She guesses wrong.
Her Evergreen Billionaire is book 2 of the Billionaires of Pleasure Valley series. An enjoyable read, the storyline was a pleasant surprise, not like most, the characters were wonderfully normal and relatable. Grab this book and the rest of the series and enjoy this five-star read.

It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, age-gap, opposites-attract, grumpy-sunshine, curvy virgin gets her billionaire Christmas romance. Mollie is a sweet and curvy 23-year-old project coordinator. Grady is a hunky, grumpy billionaire who owns a venue and event planning app. When Mollie meets with him to plan a Christmas party for her found family, she ends up spilling coffee in his office. At first, she thinks that he is going to ruin her vision of her party, but as they work together, sparks fly. Their chemistry was pure fire and we got an amazing HEA. They balanced each other out perfectly. I loved it.

This is actually book two from the Billionaires of Pleasure Valley series. Each book can very easily be read as a stand alone but of course they are always much better when read as part of the whole series.

I thoroughly enjoyed this little novella and it had everything that i love from a short, sweet and spicy romance. There was the virgin heroine and the swoonworthy billionaire hero, Christmas romance, forced proximity and that all important happily-ever-after…..

Mollie knows exactly what she wants and it's not a boring, controlled and strictly planned party...she wants a real, slightly crazy and occasionally chaotic family event and she is one of the few who has ever told Grady "No"
It is lovely to see Mollie smash through Grady's control and show him that perfect doesn't mean control...it means real. Together they find a "controlled chaos" that supercedes perfection.

Another Good One!!

I enjoyed this one. Mollie won the cookie contest and was given an $8k gift for the Evergreen Room. As she arrives at the office of Grady for her meeting. With hands full she is pushing the door as someone on the other side is pulling it open. She goes flying as does the two coffees she brought. She doesn’t fall but the coffees go all over floor and desk. She realizes where she is isn’t the conference room she was looking for. Grady tells her to go wait on him he’ll be there in 10 minutes… 🥰🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜😊😊😊😊

Grady and Mollie have a very interesting first meeting together. She is chaos and he is structure. When these two worlds combine this is what we get. I loved Mollie and her choatic way of things. She wants to plan the perfect party for her friends and enlists Grady to help. Along the way, these two connect on a deeper level and showed a lot of chemistry together. This was just a super cute read.

Perfection isn’t the only goal worth chasing. Control is overrated. Two of my favorite lines from this book because they are true. You can’t control everything, and sometimes even when you try a bubbly unrealistic woman can upset your carefully laid plans with her coffee and her big dream. Lilah keeps pulling me into her stories and I can’t seem to pull myself out and honestly I don’t really want to.
