I think this book is a common sense approach to life. If you want to be happy you have to take a good look at yourself and your surroundings. You can be happy and more importantly you can add happiness to others lives in a simple manor. It only takes a kind word or gesture to make others happy and you can make yourself happy in the same way. Look a mistakes and learn from them, take time to see what you have in your life that is good and focus on that. The author uses easy to follow informative instructions to help all of us bring happiness to our lies and to the lives of others in turn. If each person could make just one other person happy each day, what a great world we would have.

While some self-help authors might make this complicated subject even more so by using terms a reader cannot pronounce let alone understand, Tom Wilson uses simple and precise language to make the subject less complicated and easy to understand. Tom breaks the topic into its basic parts and then gives down-to-earth, common sense advice on tackling each one. If you feel that happiness has eluded you, and especially if you need a friend you can trust, this book might be just the nudge you need to get you on the path to a happier you.

Very Encouraging

A common sense approach of honest evaluation coupled with advice to formulate a plan to achieve a higher level of happiness and satisfaction. There are some real nuggets of truth and wisdom here, but the real gem is the encouragement that the author infuses into every chapter. Enjoy the journey!
