Flush It is the culmination of years of personal experience by the author acknowledging that every athlete, regardless of the sport, will have a bad day, game, or decision. But the key when that happens is to not wallow in those moments, but to recognize the moment and process it, then move on.

Simpson provides a detailed journey on how to reset your thought process when it comes to your mistakes, allowing you to acknowledge them and get past them quickly.

Starting with creating your Bounce Back Routine all the way to the Turning the Page event, Simpson gives you the tools to quickly process and snap out of it. Each section giving an inspiring quote from an athlete showing how everyone faces challenges and losses.

If you are a coach, parent, or supporter of a young person participating in sports then this book is a valuable tool in your kit to helping them learn and develop into strong, responsible, and respectful young adults.

As always, all opinions and reviews are of my own volition. I have not been promised any compensation, current or future by the author or publisher for a fair and honest review.
