i love her to death! i was so looking forward to reading this issue and it’s been so worth it. i really like the art style and the colors, paired with the plot and her dangerous dreams looks promising for the next issue, can’t wait to have it!
Rogue has always been one of my favorites so I was very excited for this. It has a strong start that establishes the premise. We visit Mystique and it looks like Sabertooth may enter the picture. The art was quite nice too. Excited to see where this goes.
I don't have super strong feelings about this issue. I feel like it needs to be just a tad longer to create a more satisfying story. As it is now, it doesn't have a great hook and I'm not feeling super compelled to continue. I also think the premise of Rogue having to deal with something from her forgotten past is a bit overdone at this point.
rogue, being one of my favorite x-men, finally getting her own miniseries was of course something i would be excited about. reading this was great because it gives a lot of insight on rogues character, the people around her, and a brief history on who she was without giving everything away. im excited to read more
Maybe because I haven’t read X-Men comics before and it’s been a while since I’ve seen the movies, but I was lowk annoyed by the way that Rogue talks😭. Still though, I was intrigued by the mystery of the premise and I’m curious to see where this goes.
I love the way Rogue and Gambit interact in this issue, I love them as married couple so much. And leading a little team of newbies was great. The art was overall great. The mystery introduced is intriguing. I look forward to more!
