I was intrigued at the concept of this book, imagining it to be a primer on astrology, with a bit of a deeper dive.
I first have to say that I don't know this book is best presented in the Kindle format. It would be much handier to be able to take notes. Also, I don't know if it's the device I read on (I tried 2), but the formatting was very awkward with several different fonts within sentences, and random bold print and punctuation errors. There were sections of chapters that were simply a sentence or 2. And chapters that were only a couple paragraphs long.
As for the information presented, I found the information simultaneously too brief and too complex, both without enough context to truly learn the information. At one point the author advises the reader to find an online birth chart. This seems like dicey guidance in todays age of identity theft and cons.
However, I am interested in the crystal recommendations, and I also found the journal prompts to be insightful and thought-provoking. I would like to see this book refined and in print.
