Strong start
Quality writing with three solid female characters. Needed an explanation for the reasonable rental rate, as well as some time at the beginning establishing the interpersonal relationships with all four characters. Very nice touch with the women in the flat taking what they want without a lot of drama.

I like that it was a short read and got straight to the point. But it felt like I was reading something chat gpt wrote or maybe it was written and then thrown in chat GPT and got the added ai touches in it. I apologize if it wasn’t, but it felt like it.
