Hunting her is a dark Halloween novella, light on the plot but high on the spice.
Nova was tricked by a demon and ended enslaved at the whims of cruel demons until a last defiant act caught the eye of the demon king and his three advisors.
My first time reading from this author and even being a short story left me impressed.
Well written with more triggers than a shopping list but well woven into the tale and characters that I'd love to see more.
Perfect for Halloween if you like it dark and spicy.

I devoured this novel from start to finish—completely hooked! The plot and characters were so compelling that I couldn't put it down. From the very first page, I felt drawn into the story, and when it finished, I was craving more. I desperately want a sequel to explore this world further and to see what Nova decides when it comes to the other demons. Here's to hoping for even more of this story and even more spice.

This was the perfect pick for October and might just become one of my all-time favorite Halloween reads. I’m already eager to read more from this talented author. Overall, a 4.5-star experience that left me wanting more!

Spicy and Dark Novella - great for a quick read. Mostly spice, but still quite a bit of plot packed into a small punch in my opinion. Honestly, I was hooked and could've used more - I wasn't ready for it to end quite yet. If you're not a dark romance reader (well even if you are), make sure you read the content warnings first.
Nova, tricked by demons into becoming a slave, has been plotting her escape for, well years. One day though, she's paraded into a room in front of four demons she's never seen before. They plan to take her, she's determined to escape. They want her as their queen, she just wants to go back hom. So they strike a deal, if she can escape, she can have her freedom, but if they catch her, she becomes their queen. It's Halloween, the only night they could claim her, and these demons have been waiting for her for centuries...and by waiting....I mean WAITING!!!

Can you give a book a standing ovation? If not, too bad, this one deserves it! Demons, being chased, a feisty FMC, pampering, I mean what more can you ask for!? This super spicy novella was the perfect Halloween read. Nova has been enslaved by the demons after making a deal for her soul but she gets the opportunity to earn back her freedom or become the queen of the underworld. The king and three of his advisors chase her through town,woods, a haunted mansion attraction and a corn maze to claim their prize. I love a feisty FMC who never stops fighting even when there’s basically no hope left (and secretly doesn’t want to win). Nova delivered! And her demons!? I’m not sure who was my favorite but they’re all unhinged and Delicious. I would like more please. This book ended way too quickly!

This novella is primarily female human lead (Nova), well written, and a dark, spicy, dubious consent, reverse harem, fantasy romantic erotica Halloween tale. I enjoyed Nova’s resilience and perseverance. I enjoyed the premise of Damek, the demon king male lead, and his male advisor leads, Brellan, Izoran, and Lorcan. I enjoyed the differences in personality and presentation of the males, especially in intimate matters. I enjoyed Nova’s shock when her true situation was confirmed at the end of the story, and the options she continued to hold in reserve. I enjoyed her true satisfaction with the ending.

This is a fun and spicy demon romance. Nova is a slave for a demon Baron. When four demons step in and decide they want to make her theirs she tries to win her freedom. But she ends up winning something even better.

Damek, the demon king, wants Nova for his queen. With the help of his top three dukes (Brellan, Izoran, and Lorcan) they go on the hunt for her. Each claiming a part of her through the night.

It’s a fun adventure with a great conclusion. Perfect for a quick Halloween read.

I honestly wasn’t expecting to fall in love with these characters so fast but they had me HOOKED. From the first page I was so excited to see what happened next. I love the concept of this book and it truly was perfect. Sometimes you just need four demons chasing a woman through the woods on Halloween.

My first thought when I was nearing the end was how I wish this could have been a full-blown story. I fell in love with the characters within a first 2 chapters! Nova is such a smart-mouth survivor. Despite how we all know, her included, how the story will end, she continues to fight and actually be smart about things with limited options. I loved the small differences in MMCs as well, each a different personality and making Nova fight for it.
This is very much a spice-filled Halloween novella. I do wonder if maybe there's the possibility of something longer in the future?

As long as you have read the blurb first and think this book is for you then it definitely is.
I could not put this down and as its a novella I didn't have to.

I enjoyed reading this novella. Despite its short length you still get a good idea of each characters personalities and see plenty of banter. I love how headstrong she is and despite it all never gave up! The spice is very very spicey, and I overall really liked it.
